Good location but we would have liked a balcony. Room was clean and all that stuff was good. Room was a good size and had a table but not a room for entertaining. We looked at a Carpark from a window. Loved the city though.

Quest Napier is well positioned, close to town center, supermarket and restaurants. We were two couples sharing inter- connecting apartments. The apartments were well equipped, with full kitchens and laundry facilities. The apartments were immaculate and comfortable beds. The

Visited three really good wineries. Temata, Black Barn and Craggy Rock. Could have the names wrong but close. All wines just great, prices reasonable. Beautiful country side tour with wine as a bonus. Could be a place to spend a week or two for sure.

Recently stayed here with my parents as part of our trip from the UK. The hotel was in a very good spot and the rooms were nice. However, we were really let down by the lack of people skills that the reception staff had. We were checking out and the member of staff couldn't

How to get to the hotel from the Napier Airport without driving?
Sorry mate I'm not sure, we had our own vehicle. Best contact the hotel and see if they offer a transfer service.

Wondering just what ‘partially open bathroom’ means? Does it mean no door at all?
We stayed at 1 bed room apartment, has private bathroom, with kitchen and nice small dining table, all kitchen utensils are there. Very recommended

I was quoted $13 per 24 hour period from memory but there is a Council parking lot next door where a car can be left fro 5pm in the afternoon to 8am the next morning for free. Parking is $1 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours during the hours 8am to 5pm. The apartment did not have an armchair but did have a couch.

"Look at what you like in terms of balcony and views. This from and hotel don’t have them."
"Stay on the side of the building that overlooks the carpark and avoid the noisy gym next door."
"Ask for one in the older part of the building"
"Higher floors would have less pedestrian and traffic noise."
"Rooms facing South/West are noisy due to window blinds banging against window surrounds. That is, for those enjoying fresh air!"
