Unique fully self contained one bedroom underground unit. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room/lounge/tv, bathroom/shower/toilet. Bedroom has one queen size bed and a double bunk, sleeps 4. (a mattress for a 5th. Person can be arranged for free) continental breakfast is included and complimentary tea and coffee. There is also a private bbq area which doubles as dog enclosure. We are pet friendly - outside only. Secure parking as well as an in-house opal shop available. Enjoy uninterrupted stunning desert views free wi-fi in bbq area

A wonderful place at which to stay and Mike is an incredibly friendly, organised and generous operator. Whilst I didn’t stay in an underground option, the accommodation I had provided great comfort, access and space.

Stayed 2 nights in the underground room. It was an excellent way to finish off our extended road trip from Darwin. It’s a great experience, the accommodation is very roomy, comfortable and super clean. It’s not at all stuffy inside and you get a great nights sleep. Mike and Innoka are great hosts, recommend this place.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Venushill BnB. The owners were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. The accommodation is located just out of town and is in a quiet location to watch the sunrise, set and to star gaze. The owners live on site but we had privacy and felt like the place was all to ourselves. We will stay here again.

From Dolomites to Uluru, we stayed one night at Coober Pedy, in a cool and unique underground accommodation. It was a wondrous place, so different from our homes but we really felt at home. The rooms are exactly like you see in the photos, so if you like the photos you will like the place. It is just a little bit outside the town, there are signs to get there. Kind and courteous hosts. Kitchenware supplied in the house.
