We enjoyed our stay at Stenbjerg Kro and our . visits to Thy National Park, which is easily accessible by car from there. Our room with bathroom was spacious and the beds were good (not too soft). There are chairs and a desk in the rooms and a terrace. We had lunch in the restaurant and can definitely recommend the "National Platter", where you'll try a selection of local specialities. We would have liked a small fridge to store beverages in and a real double bed instead of two single beds, that easily moved around. We also think the breakfast was a bit too basic compared to the amazing lunch we had in the restaurant. But those are details and we still recommend a night or two here.

Very good and fresh food. But totally packed so very very slow service even if the waitress is running. Recommending starters ! The fish dish was excellent. The steak was good but not great and I would advice to skip the dessert

We dropped into this restaurant for an evening meal while on holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The staff were most attentive and our dinner brought out by the chef himself. Enjoyed a local beer from their selection. A little jar of handmade wild garlic salt came with the bill. The only thing we couldn't understand was why the restaurant was so quiet!
