We stayed at the Peninsula Boutique Hotel when it was built about 20 years ago, then 10 years ago and last weekend again, check in was a breeze and we found the excellent rooms still in A1 condition, and not forgetting our balcony ocean view room with glass in hand listening to the waves roll in from the balcony. We were informed the front entry is being updated including the shade sail that has seen better days. Highly recommended.

Hi Keith, Thanks so much for staying with us! Wow, the first time you stayed with us must of been when the hotel was just opened! We really appreciate your ongoing support. Thanks for your feedback about our restaurant shade sails. Due to our extremely close beach location, our shade sails do cop a battering from the ocean wind & salt air. We do regularly clean them but they always appear worn. We do have plans to renovate our restaurant in the near future & the sails will be replaced. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, The PBH Team

The Peninsula was a fabulous place to stay for our 7 day holiday. The staff were just so friendly, always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, the meals were fantastic, there is a very consistent approach to guest service. We had an ocean view room and it was awesome. Having a laundry set up with detergent, dryers, portable clothes lines all included was something we haven't experienced before. The hotel is a bit older but that should not deter anyone, the rooms are very spacious, the airconditioning was perfect. We will certainly be back.

Stayed for a week in ocean view room 30. Convenient to laundry without being disturbed. Whilst given a 5, cushions looked manky (stained) so put them in cupboard & vent in bathroom needed a good clean of dust. Apart from that, room clean and bed comfortable in quiet middle room . Light from outside glass tiles not great for complete darkness but helped for late night toilet visits. No kids, excellent customer service, quaint pool area with hot spa and nice beach view brekky spot. Daily house keeping and freshly made juice for brekky each day rounded off a pleasant stay.

We are return visitors to the Peninsula Boutique Hotel and weren't disappointed. We love the position right opposite the only area of 4 Mile Beach where it is netted therefore safe to swim. There is also a lovely pool and the main street with the restaurants and shops is a short stroll away.
