We were upgraded from studio to apartment but lacking the wow factor and looking tired. The bathroom was bare and shower/bath difficult to get in and out of and can't move around. The screen needed replacing as rusting and old. Had room for 4 people but only crockery and

Bed was very comfortable, but decor was dreary and bathroom needed a good scrub. Placement of bathroom door stop in front of the toilet meant that I stubbed my toe on it in the middle of the night. Mantra+ membership makes this a very economical stay though and very well located

Is the shuttle free to and from airport or how much
I'm not aware of this. Being local I always have my own transport. Sorry I can't help. Contact the hotel directly.

Is there parking available
Yes, valet offsite. I think I paid $35/ day...I prefer to take the train. South Brisbane stop is a five minute walk away...and then you can stroll the city and southbank unencumbered. The City Cats are a must do...!! Hope this helps. F

Is there access to the roof? or is there a roof top bar to see the views?
Not that I saw. The bar is on the ground floor. We had a view from our room that had an outside balcony. It's a buzzy area & a good place to stay.

Is there access to the roof? or is there a roof top bar to see the views?
No unfortunately there isn't. We were on the 7th floor the highest accessible to guests. The floors above 7 are for residents only. There are places on the river you can see the view. What used to be the surf club was closed when we were there but there are others.
