Another fantastic 5 night stay at the treasury, deffiantly the best out of the star accomodations for a real heritage stay with the friendliest of staff who got me a early check in at 11am which was fine having i had enough of travelling Big very spacious quiet room and cosy big bed as with everything needed for your stay First time in the hotel across fron the casino and not in the casino tho only across the road The view from the top room was great and even better at night when the lights are around with a good view from the balcony Big gym tho not as good as the star gold coasts as there machines are deffiantly more modern and better Very close to everything situated in the brissy cbd when walking with major shops only a few minutes walk away and the casino directly across the road or can go the underground way through the car park.

Treasury Casino Hotel is Old World charm at its best. Everything & I mean everything was excellent. The staff could not do enough for you. Breakfast at The Lab was quick, hot & delicious. Ryan's restaurant dinner was also delicious. Big Thanks to Joey for his great service & informative discussion. It's a great pity that both hotels are being converted to retail shops. Star group, you can never replace the charm & feel of this hotel with a flashy modern hotel. It will be a great loss to those that enjoy Old World charm.

5 star hotel in a historic building, my room facing the river was outstanding and I (assume) because of many people’s reluctance to travel I received a great rate. Location is central and of course it is part of the casino complex which consists of two separate buildings, a hotel and a hotel containing a casino. The staff are very discreet while being friendly and very helpful when called upon. Although I did not take advantage of the gym, restaurant or bar they are available as is room service until 5 am. I stayed as a single but I can imagine a stay here out be a treat for couples on a special occasion.

The parlour room was very comfortable and the bed provided a good nights sleep. Unfortunately our experience in the breakfast room completely spoilt our stay. It was a busy room and there were only three staff on duty at 8.30am. It was 15 minutes before we were asked for our order, 30 minutes later we were still waiting on our coffees. After enquiring three times we were told our coffees had been sent to the wrong table! After an hour our meals arrived without the coffees which arrived 10 minutes later. One meal arrived without butter for the toast and the scrambled eggs, requested to be soft, were dry and hard. We were not the only table with issues and at least one couple left without breakfast as they were now running late for an appointment. I don’t blame the inexperienced staff but it demonstrates very poor hotel management to understaff the breakfast room when many guests have breakfast included in the room rate. I was surprised that the staff were not wearing masks and the cleaning of tables was haphazard, sometimes I noted they were sprayed and wiped between guests and other times not, depending on which staff member was resetting the table.

Had a great one night stay at the Treasury Hotel. Got an upgrade to the Kings Suite which was a real treat. Rooms are just amazing as is the Breakfast - food is amazing. This is such a great hotel - I will definitely 100% recommend to anyone staying in Brisbane and needs access to CBD.

On the whole great experience as dine in mobile only special was fantastic value. I think the website could make it clearer that the treasury and casino and many of the restaurants are in the casino and are a seperate building. Our inclusive breakfast would have been extra luxurious if we could have had this as room service as especially when you have a late checkout of 12 and beds so lovely and I didn’t want to get out of it to go down for breakfast ! I think if the breakfast was a specified dine in credit like the dinner it could be be easily done. The staff on the whole we’re very good but especially in the restaurants some require further training to be a five star hotel and experience that you want to return for more!

The roadworks in Brisbane make the Treasury difficult to access (our taxi driver had NO idea!), but the size of the rooms and quality of service make it worthwhile. We had a huge suite that was really impressive; great bathroom and toiletries, big comfy bed, separate lounge and dining area. Make sure you ask for a river view due to the nearby building works. Lovely historic building, cavernous corridors. Staff were very professional, and our breakfast was outstanding.

Weekend staycation in Brisbane. The building itself is amazing, checkin was friendly and efficient which sets the tone for your stay. We were on the 3rd floor, Rooms are grand with high ceilings and roomy. All furnishings are classic and of very high standard. Beds are an absolute delight and very had to get out of due to their comfort level. Room service and restaurants are of high standard with many choices.

Can't wait to stay again. A glorious old hotel. Room was stunning with super high ceilings and luxurious bedding. Marble bathroom with bath and separate shower. I just loved staying here. Super easy check in with friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is glorious. It is old fashion and has such charm. Very clean and presented immaculately. Came for a birthday celebration and ataff brought up a lovely complementary bottle of bubbly to help start our celebration. So unexpected and much appreciated. Room service was quick and convenient and tasty! Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and generous. It is in the heart of the city but didn't hear traffic or any disturbance. Peaceful night sleep. Room was on 3rd floor and looked out towards the river. 100% will stay again and again.
