Absolute joke. The place is now called the Alloggio Hamilton Airport Brisbane. Buyer beware. If you don’t get your password or something fails, you can’t get into your room, or the motel. Everything is done by a pin pad from getting in to the motel and your room. Your host is pleasant, but cannot answer phones and neither can the parent company. No internet, no restaurant, no breakfast, air conditioning doesn’t work, no servicing of the rooms. Only thing going for it is the price. I have stayed in this motel (not by my choice, company booked) for overnight stays over the last 10 years and not much has changed. You need to tell your employer that it isn’t for you or find a new job.

Can I say what a transformation. The staff were great the room was clean, tidy and NEW, the beds were fantastic, i cant forget the marble ooo la la, and the walk in shower was a great size! this place is definitely somewhere to stay while in Brisbane. I was on business and the convenience to the port side precinct and racecourse road was amazing for meals and meetings. All I can say is if your in Brisbane and need a place to stay then look no further, the Hacienda Airport Motel is "the perfect fit" Be sure to check out the tennis court and pool.

Right, so a few things. THE GOOD: Staff were quick to respond to my Late night arrival Air conditioning slowly working - fabulous!! It’s clean and serviceable THE BAD Did Qantas send anyone to stay here!? Noisy - can hear every door and voice $100 security deposit for what!? Already Broken drawers? My sanitary napkin disposal bag light shade? (See photos) THE UGLY Construction from 0630hrs - hey at least it’s getting a revamp, right? Two weeks to return a security deposit - huh!? Look I think the price is generous for what it is and have stayed in places in Australia, like, pubs, for half the price that were better than this but honestly for a capital city and 10 min Uber to the airport, that’s where you pay extra. (I’ve stayed in India for almost a tenth of the price for better to be honest) It’s fine but this isn’t the kind of place you plan for a staycation or a holiday. It’s serviceable, basic and for what I wanted this was more than enough. Fussy peeps should well and truly avoid this but for a practical quick overnighter this does the job!

$87 a night should be your indicator. This hotel is in a poor condition and needs a major overhaul but you get what you pay for. If your a back packer and need a place to put your head down it may pass your standards. If not this will not be the place for you. It is convenient if you are catching a cruise ship the next day but that is about all the positives. It looks like it was built in the 60’s and no work has been done since. One of the worst places I have stayed but you get what you pay for ......

Booked this as a cheap package through Expedia - hotel & flights. What a shocking hotel. Arrived at 2pm & checked out by 5pm. We were booked & had paid for 2 nights. Had a quick nap & could not face staying the night. What was wrong with it? The question should be what was right? Wish I had read the reviews prior as we wouldn’t have booked here if I had. Lost our money but...... it was worth moving onto another hotel. Never again.
