Excellent service and food at the restaurant. Great prices for a stop over. The old motels are usually pretty average but this place is really well looked after, the rooms are huge and there is plenty of parking. Great place to stay if you’re driving through or staying in North Brisbane for a few days.

We stayed here for two nights whilst we were waiting for our COVID-19 test results. It’s a great little motel, clean and well maintained. There’s a pool too (not that we were able to use it due to our ISO) and our room had a little terrace. Best of all there was free Netflix which was a real bonus being in isolation. The staff were really accommodating and helped us with a late check out whilst we waited for the results to come through. I highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay.

Needed a place to stay overnight while in Brisbane for a meeting and selected this motel. It is an old hotel as I remembered it as The Carseldine Motor Inn when it was built approx 40 years ago. Back then it was a modern motel with a good restaurant for dining out occasionally. Things have changed but that does not mean in a bad way. The restaurant, maybe due to COVID, does not serve the same level of food but for a night away the offering compares well to a club without the hassle of driving. The rooms are clean - very clean! They would put a lot of more expensive city rooms to shame. The rooms are also large enough, in fact, quite ample in size. The bed was super comfy though the pillows a little firm for our liking. We did not ask for another selection so it may have been available. It was not that big an issue. Free on-site parking and good wi-fi and staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. To be critical - a good clean of the outer brick walls with a water gurney would make it look a lot more welcoming. To be extra critical - the in-house coffee was terrible - possibly the worst instant coffee available (I am sure you all know the brand). Would we stay again? Yes, we would - but we would bring our own coffee.

Short drive from the northern sunshine coast. It was easy to find and check in was very friendly and smooth. Got to admit that the outside looked a bit old and outdated but when we got inside....it was like WOW!! Very clean, modern, and new. Great facilities with a bbq and a pool. Microwave ,bar fridge, toaster, kettle and plates + glasses + cutlery in the room. The aircon was a god send. Just around the corner from Carseldine shopping centre with Woolworths, Bottle-o and take away in the same location. Wide spacious room. Super comfy bed. I honestly cant fault it except for the outdated exterior. Free wifi and lovely staff. WE WILL BE BACK!
