We take all guest feedback very seriously and have been thoroughly investigating this case. We can assure you that it was being worked on remotely during your stay. Our provider informed us that due to maintenance the Internet connection may have dropped a few times in some areas during the days you stayed with us however it is restored now and our guests can enjoy reliable wifi again. We understand your disappointment, and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Our property is located in the heart of Potts Point, a thriving hub of cafes, restaurants and bars. With the street becoming alive during the evenings, it is only natural that there can be some elements of noise, which is beyond our control. We talked to the manager of the neighbouring building and they promised to take steps to prevent late night noisy parties in future. Thank you for recognising the effort of our staff to help you. We wish we could have assisted you better while you were in house at the property, we would have been more than happy to move you to another room where you could have had better Internet connection. According to our records, our front desk staff offered to give you a different room several times and also to check your device to try and fix the issue however you declined these offers. While we wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Hi TraceyJones7, At The Bayswater Sydney, there is no parking available onsite but we direct our guests to the “The Crescent Carpark” just 3 doors down from us. The address is 33 Bayswater road, Potts Point. It is very close to the hotel (approximately 1 minute walk). The cost is $25 per 24 hours and it is a one-time entry and one-time exit. Hi Monika M, The Bayswater Sydney does not have it's own airport shuttle, however shuttle buses from the airport can drop you at the property. These airport shuttles are a separate company and incur an extra charge. You can book and pay for a shuttle at the airport when you arrive in Sydney. In the reverse direction, from the property to the airport, The Bayswater Sydney can assist you in booking a particular time. Kind regards, Steph
