Hi guys, I’m staying on Sunday night with my daughter and wanted to know if you have baby seats on your bikes?
Hello! Can you please send me through your private email address? We do not have baby seats for our bikes, however there are hire companies that do so we can always have our concierge organise for you. I look forward to hearing from you. Nicole (GM)

It would be best to call reception directly. I do not recall this being standard but perhaps you can request it ahead of time.

Does Hotel Hotel have a pool or spa/hot tub?
Don’t reckon. And if they did, bring a torch to try & find it.

We are thinking of spending Xmas 2017 in Canberra and staying at the Hotel Hotel. Will the restaurant be open every day over Xmas? Will we be able to get breakfast every day?
Hi Andrew, Hope you are well. Monster is open every day of the year from 6:30am-1am. We also do a beautiful Christmas lunch each year, so if you are interested we can certainly keep you on the list. Please let me know if there is any additional information that you require. Best regards Nicole Short General Manager, Hotel Hotel
