Although a large complex, it didn't feel it. Close to the airport a and on the very edge of Pathos a car is recommended as it is about 3k to the harbour,. Ate in the restaurant a couple of times, very friendly staff and not too expensive. Our two-bed apartment was well furnished and had a very spacious terrace, catching the sun most of the day if you didn't want to venture far

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment opposite the pool. Loved the peace and quiet as we didn’t need onsite restaurants, pool bars etc as happy to walk for 10 mins to the bus stop as buses run every 15 mins to The Harbour one way or Coral bay the other where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It is only 15 mins walk to LIDL for essentials. Other attractions within thirty minutes walk The old town of Paphos, and Tombs of the kings, could also get a bus to these places.

We arrived about 24 hrs late to start our vacation at PKC and it was around 10pm. The 2 ladies that greeted my wife and I were very nice and very helpful. We were tired from a long flight and 1 and 1/2 hr drive from the airport, but they handled the check-in process very quickly and helped us with getting food and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be heading back to PKC for another Cyprus vacation.

We stayed over the Christmas week and the resort was very quiet. It meant that the restaurant and taverna were closed all week despite the details on the RCI website where an update could have been posted so that we were aware of this at the time of booking.

It appeared all the guests were in the one block and this was noisy at times - scraping chairs really do go right through the floor.

Travelling in November was a perfect time for exploring, walking, looking at the archaeological remains and swimming (a bit on the chilly side!!) In the resort itself, it was quiet, the staff extremely helpful & friendly and the accommodation incredibly clean. We would definitely return. It must be said that the resort is not the most modern, nor the furniture to everyone's taste. However, the apartments are spacious, well appointed, the balconies are large & the location is a great base from which to explore Paphos & north into the Akamas region.

My wife and I have just spent 3 weeks at the resort. We had a 2 bed apartment at the front of the resort. It was larger than most we have had elsewhere.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The complex is extremely clean and well maintained. It was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked well

The cleaning staff were second to non, our apartment was cleaned and the bed made 6 days out of 7.

The pool was adequate and clean.

The weather has been amazing, between 23 - 26’c every day.

After having our own apartment in Paphos until recently any resort was going to have a tough job to plead us. This did, so much so we will almost certainly use it as our new base in Paphos.

Our unit was speciaous, very clean and had a great view of the pool area and the sea. The grounds are well taken care of. The resort was pretty quiet during the week of our stay (due to COVID-19 international travel restrictions) but we have also enjoy this factor. Great location to beaches, restaurants and the town.

Having just returned from our July week in our 2 bed apartment in 'B' block, I have to say as a family we are extremely concerned, annoyed and disappointed. We purchased our week in 2007, a July 'red week', returning in 2008, when we were conjoled by cut throat sales tactics to buy another week in 'blue' March. We bank weeks with RCI, and have since been to two more 'Gold crown' resorts, in Tenerife, which knock the spots of Kings Club.
On our visit last week, we arrived on Sunday, to the same old shabby decor, the sofas look tired and grubby, the beds are like concrete slabs, with the same faded bedspreads, and our shower tray in the cubicle had a massive split across, which someone had attempted to patch up with sealant and made a mess of, a lovely complimentary rusting screw hole in the tiles near the shower tap, finished the scene off completely - the sink also had a crack that ran from under the tap, to the plughole. The Balcony furniture, is definately ready for a replacement, and the paintwork on the front of the apartments, showed tiredness, with rust marks and cracks. The first day, the Air con in the lounge, kept cutting out after approx 10 minutes, of blowing WARM air out, and could only be remedied in time to cut out yet again, by switching off and back on at the mains switch. We reported this to reception, they said it would be repaired - NOT SORTED until Wednesday! Monday, nice and early, as expected, the infamous 'Kieran', arrived, to try to sell his wares, getting a clear 'not interested' from my Husband, as I had nipped out - was not enough - he returned on Tuesday morning, when I was in as well, shaking hands, he soon got down to the usual - let's sort out your weeks (rob you) to give you chance of 'going further a field' in the world!! Well my reply, was to tell him we were clearly not interested, (there is a recession after all), and that we just wanted to be left alone to enjoy a peaceful holiday... You would have thought that it would have been enough for him to accept this, and respect us - NO - he got up from the chair on the balcony, flung it backwards, and STORMED OUT - nearly knocking the door of the hinges - he slammed it so hard - HOW VERY IGNORANT AND CHILDISH!!! I immediately complained to reception, and was sent his manager, who behaves worse than him, and more or less laughed in our faces, and tried to convince us it must have been the WIND that made the door slam, although it was 35 degrees and calm outside, so basically we got no joy or real apology from him!!

The top end of the complex is still unfinished, like a building site, alongside the shabby apartments in need of refurbishment - lord only knows where the hefty yearly maintenance fees are going???

On a positive note - Russ, who greeted us on our arrival, helping us unpack our car, and even parking it for us, was the best asset they have, he was a Yorkshireman, who went out of his way to help, he had been there for just over 12 months, whether he will stay, is anyone's guess, as he is probably too nice to be there!

We absolutely love Paphos, and feel cheated, we will return to Paphos again, but are considering swapping out our weeks, to get another resort or villa, which is sad as we were sold the dream at Paradise Kings... :(

Ive changed my mind after visiting the resort for the second time .....
Nothing to do with the resort. however the staff were so rude and unhelpfull we are now in the process of selling our weeks.
We were unhappy with the way we were spoken to by "our rep" he told us what we owned was rubbish and we needed to upgrade (at no small cost to us) when we declined he told us we'd wasted his time ?
I asked to talk to a manager and was told he was not available, however i found him in his office playing solitare.
I put forward my complaint and was given very short change.
I felt like i'd made a big mistake, and was told i could not sell my weeks, however after returning to the uk have found a number of resale agents more than happy to sell my weeks( at a loss ).
I'll be glad to see the back of the kings club, and the dodgy used car sales men that work there, probably tax exiles and CSA dodgers.
In short it's a great resort, however the staff let themselves and the resort down.
Don't buy there and don't exchange.

Hi! As the development is on a hill, there are stairs everywhere! Even if you were on the lowest level, there are some stairs down to the pool. You would have to decide on his mobility. The sight is also on a road up from the main road which is also on a slope and i sould suggest not suitable for anyone with any mobility isuues! Hope that helps, Karen. x
