Hi, you can snorkel right in front of the lodge and get the equipment for free. Its good but currents are very strong. The better snorkeling is at the Inhaca Nature Reserve which is just a five minutes boat ride over the bay. The whole trip there for about 2 hours is 20 dollars for the boat. They also take you there for that prize if you are the only one. So worth it.
Only water, open juices and self-made lemonade are included, and coffee and tea during the day, but no bottled or canned drinks.
Its fullboard plus and not all inclusive.

We did not see anyone launch a jet ski from the lodge but jet ski's were being used around the bay so I am sure they could organise for you. The water in front of the lodge is not suitable for jet skiing because of the reef but saw people jet skiing down by the village which is a 5 minute walk down the beach. Hope this helps.
