It was a nice and relaxing break. The service of the boss herself as well as the homemade bread from her completed the stay. Since we arrived very late, everything was easy for us to do ourselves. Thanks again very much:-)

Niemand ist bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption. Schlüssel und Gästeblatt liegen frei am Empfang. Man muss das dort ausfüllen und liegenlassen (der Datenschutz lässt grüßen).
Überall Teppichboden - die Hunde der Betreiberin laufen frei rum und reiben sich am Teppich.
Im Zimmer müffelt es (auch nach Hund). Keine Dusche - nur Badewanne.
Kein Hinweis für Tierhaar-Allergiker, dass man dort überall die Hunde und deren Haare hat (auch in den Zimmern).
Die angepriesenen Saunen sind ausgeschaltet und werden nur gegen eine Gebühr von 20,00 Euro ab 16:00 Uhr eingeschalten. Zwei Saunen zu benutzen geht nicht.
Frühstück kostet auch extra.
Am Nachmittag um 14:30 Uhr stand noch immer Restgeschirr vom Frühstück herum - nicht mal die Brotkrümel wurden weggeputzt.
Finger weg - da ist kein Wohlfühlcharakter gegeben.

We wanted to explore the Styrian volcanic region a bit at the end of August 2023 and came across the Romantikschlössl Loipersdorf while looking for a hotel "nearby".
The booking was smooth directly on the homepage.
There are enough parking spaces in front of the hotel and a paved path slightly uphill. If you want, you can also drive your car up to the hotel entrance, unload it and drive back down again.
The reception was very friendly, nice & relaxed. Everything was already prepared on the counter. In other words, just read through it quickly, sign it and inspect the room. At check-in, we were also greeted in a friendly manner by one of the two dogs (princess of the house).
In the lobby itself there is a wine fridge that you can help yourself to for an additional charge.
We took the elevator to the 2nd floor of the building to move into our room no. 20 (Tower Deluxe Junior Suite) for 2 nights.
The bay window immediately catches your eye and you have a great view of the beautifully quiet surroundings. There is a separate toilet and even a full minibar.
After arriving, we treated ourselves to alcoholic drinks from the bar, which were prepared personally by the boss & even with fresh mint from her own garden. (08/26/2023 price for Hugo €8.00). We were closely examined by the 2nd dog (prince of the house).
There is a sauna, which, if you want to use, you have to let us know about 30 minutes in advance. Bathrobes & towels are available at reception.
Unfortunately, it was relatively warm & unfortunately there was no air conditioning. However, you know this when you book, as it is not mentioned. Because it is so quiet, you can sleep with the window open.
The next day we treated ourselves to breakfast. Cost: €15/person. Lovingly prepared and we didn't miss anything.
The check-out was also smooth and quick.
Activities undertaken in the area: Riegersburg Castle, Zotter, Gölles, Vulcano
Conclusion: Great, relaxed weekend - we'd love to come back.

Ein Schmuckstück in einer super Lage. Große Zimmer, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage mit intakter Naturumgebung . Tolles Frühstück ideenreich präsentiert. Sehr nettes Personal inkl. Chefin. Sonst leider kein Restaurant betrieb. In der Umgebung gibt es jedoch genug Möglichkeiten. Hierher kommen wir sicher wieder.

Es macht den Eindruck, als sei ich der einzige Gast hier. Das ganze Hotel ist bis auf ein paar vereinzelte Lichter dunkel. Die Rezeption unbesetzt, das Restaurant geschlossen. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Schlössl ist von außen schon ein optischer Genuss und wirkt sehr einladend. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und lud gleich zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Ausstattung und Zustand des Zimmers inkl. des Bades war "Top" - sehr sauber, nicht abgelebt - nahezu wie neu. Toll bestückte Minibar. Der Wellnessbereich mit den 3 Saunen ist wunderschön, lädt zum Erholen ein - ebenfalls alles neu. Im Wintergarten kann man genussvoll frühstücken oder gemütlich bei einem Kaffee oder Getränk zusammensitzen und die Landschaft genießen bei angenehmer, entspannender, leiser Hintergrundmusik (es wird in diesem Hotel wirklich auch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet damit man sich wohl fühlt und entspannen kann). Ein Traum ist auch, dass man zeitlich überhaupt keinen Druck hat: Frühstück AB 08:00 Uhr (ohne BIS) - es ist kein Problem wenn man sich etwas länger ausschläft, man kann trotzdem noch zeitungebunden ganz gemütlich frühstücken und die zur Verfügung gestellte Zeitung lesen. Doch die beste Ausstattung alleine nützt nichts, wenn man sich nicht willkommen fühlt,... Aber im Romantikschlössl passt wirklich alles zusammen: Wir waren das erste Mal zu Gast und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns gleich willkommen fühlten. Den ganzen Aufenthalt über waren unsere Gastgeber sehr bemüht uns umgehend alle Wünsche und Anliegen zu erfüllen, was auch tatsächlich immer prompt gelungen ist. Dabei war auch immer Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch. Wir bekamen eine Schlemmerjause bei Kerzenlicht serviert, die unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Es ist wirklich sehr angenehm, dass man auf Wunsch auch eine Schlemmerjause und offene Getränke konsumieren kann, wenn man gerne entspannen und nicht irgendwo anders hinfahren möchte - hier ist man wirklich rundum bestens versorgt wenn man es wünscht. Es gibt auch einen Weinkühlschrank falls man gerne ein Fläschchen auf dem Zimmer genießen möchte.
