A beautiful location, with a comfortable room and great shower. The breakfast buffet was a good array of foods and included gluten free items. The staff were kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and happy. I would stay here again.

Radda is a very quaint village just what you expect from Tuscany. The hotel has friendly staff and rustic rooms. Breakfast is good and the terrace has lovely views over the countryside. There is no bar but you can order small bottles with a wine card.

The hotel has numerous separate buildings in Radda. We had a suite which also included Spa faculties access which was very nice. Although, I would not rate the gym in the hotel very high. We had a a great room with a wonderful view. The buffet breakfasts were very good with a large selection.

The hotel is beautiful and I know they have better rooms as friends of ours received a fully air conditioned room for same rate. Our AC pumped out warm air. There was no window in the room. Only a sky light. Asked staff to look at issue and they never did. Would not recommend!

We stayed in Radda for 3 nights at this lovely hotel. All the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English compared to my rather sad Italian. Each room is different and unique which is a lot more interesting than the usual. Breakfast was included for us, they have quite the spread, plenty of choices. The hotel has 2 hot tubs and one indoor pool. We used all of them during our stay. The hotel is right in the center of town (though it is a pretty small town anyway) and you can walk anywhere easily. The views from around town are beautiful. This was a great place to stay while we took day trips to other towns in Tuscany. Plenty of restaurants and little shops in town too.

A beautiful old palace, with a secret pool downstairs. It gave you a spa feeling. An old castle the rooms were clean but when we asked for a blanket, the concierge gave us a blanket from an old trunk. Odd, we did not use it. I ordered a massage, the masseuse was not the best, but ok. They rushed me our, with oil still on me. It got all oily, putting my shoes on. I was feeling lightheaded. The spa is not related to the hotel, but you call and they connect you. It is billed through the hotel. An experience, hotel restaurant was accommodating and clean.

We love this place and we stay here often… they know how to do things right and they have high standards. The rooms are always impeccable. The staff is always polite, friendly, and courteous, and the breakfast buffet and service is outstanding. We stay here a couple of times a year, and will be going back in just a few weeks.

Whoever said that this hotel is from Scooby Doo is correct. There were many secret rooms, and we had fun exploring the space. The building dates to the 13th century and has a lot of charm. It also has modern conveniences, except that the WiFi was a bit spotty (most likely because of the location of the hotel). The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, and the hotel was totally quiet despite there being two tours in town. We would return to this hotel gladly.

The lodgings were very nice and comfortable. Anything you need is available. Radda in Chianti is a stunning area. Our room view very nice. What made our experience over the top was our cooking class with Barbara (Chianti) so fun and very entertaining! But most of all we found two of the front desk staff overwhelmingly helpful, kind and thorough. Kudos to Elena and Kristina! Thank you!

This is an amazing location. The hotel is a 12th century building with incredible views. Breathtaking. We were upgraded to a suite. There is a gorgeous, romantic small indoor pool in a former wine cellar - the use of the pool is private for 45 minute sessions and needs to be reserved. It is worth taking a break for it. Beware -- there are many, many steps up to the room in very steep steps. there are not elevators - so those with leg issues or very heavy luggage beware. We had a wonderful 4 hour cooking class and dinner in an old original kitchen at the hotel. It was a highlight. Our issues - and a big one- is hardly anyone in this town speaks English including those at the hotel. The concierges did not really speak English and the front desk clerks had very rudimentary English skills at best. It was very difficult to arrange anything through the hotel because of that. Another big issue - on our last day the hotel apparently had scheduled to have its electricity turned off. No one told us. So in the middle of the morning we had no lights nor power. Mind you as structure older than the USA, our only window was quite small. When we inquired at the desk we were told there are flyers around town and we should have known that power would be off on our side of the street. There were only a few photocopied signs about this (along with many other) and we don't speak or read Italian. All that aside, I do recommend the Palazzo. And you must eat at Bar Dante.
