Staff responsiveness was great. We had an issue with a tour they booked - hotel desk clerk got on phone s an apology and 66% DISCOUNT for any member of our group of 30 who wanted to go to Princes Island tour anytime. Hotel is new, clean and very centally located.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and needs. We are senior couples and a frequent budget traveller. Havaist airport bus terminal is just 10 mins walk. Tram station (Aksaray) is 2 mins. Few minutes is the metro station and bus to Asian side is just across. Plenty of good, reasonable priced local restaurants around, not the tourist trap. Mini supermarkets, money changers, garment shops, fruitstalls, coffee/dessert shops all around. Hotel is immaculately clean right from the entrance, lobby, elevator, corridors, restaurant. Good size room with daily cleaning service and replenishment of toiletries, towels, bottled water, etc. I left a note in the room asking for an extra pillow and got it. The free breakfast is good and adequate with friendly staff. We arrived before lunch and was immediately provided a room with an upgrade. Room was modern, newly built, with a nice picture window of the main road. Room fixtures is not the cheap kind. Very comfortable beds with daily supply of coffee, tea and plenty of bottled water. What more can you ask given the price of this hotel. We are happy we got this hotel. Highly recomended specially for senior couple like us and those with children. Good hotel for everyone. It’s a new and interesting hotel to stay in as it’s in the center and close to all the attractions. The Yenibpaki metro line which is a very important and easy access metro station is only 5 minutes away from the hotel.
