The Kremlin Palace Hotel captivates guests with its stately architecture and tranquil ambiance, though opinions on the nightly entertainment and room decor are mixed. While the rooms receive mixed reviews, ranging from modern comforts to signs of neglect, the cleanliness of the hotel consistently earns high praise. Its prime location is appreciated, yet visitors should stay vigilant against taxi scams. Service quality appears to vary, with experiences of both commendable and disappointing interactions. Despite the well-maintained amenities, some guests question the hotel's value, pointing to overpriced shops and unsatisfying services.

This place is pretty cool. I have been in Moscow, and this place really reminds me of it. The staff is very friendly, especially the woman working in Guest Relations who speaks both Russian and English fluently, so be careful not to use bad language.

The rooms are very clean and nice. There is a nice spa, and many nice swimming pools. It is right on the beach as well, so if the weather is nice it is a great place to swim.

All in all, it is a great value for the money. I have been to a LOT of Hotels around the world, and haven't really found any that has a better value for the money.

Great place and I would highly recommend.

We recently traveled here with our 5? 11 and 14 yo children . From the moment we arived until the second we left we were looked after and nothing was too much effort for the staff here! The resort was clean and surfaces were constantly cleaned down including the sun loungers that were sprayed down regularly!
We had been given an updated room which was beautiful! The family dublex rooms have a bathroom , double bed and balcony and upstairs have 2 or 3 singles a small high up window and another bathroom this was ideal for us . The room originally only had 2 beds upstairs but after a quick call to reception, 5 mins and 3 cleaners armed with bedding later we were sorted!the pools are lovely and the big one is great but is 1.45m deep so not ideal for the 5yo but it did help to learn her how to swim...yey! There is a shallow pool but this was very shallow probably shin height! . The beach is nice but very pebbly. Food was lovely and there was always something at the buffet on a night . It was difficult to get a drink at times in the dinner hall as the staff were so busy but you could go to the bar for own beers and cokes. Snack bar/ village was great there was a variety of different bits bar, ice cream, waffles, pancakes, Pizza, chips, hamburger, pitta , wraps Nd fruit available from 12-4 theres also a beach snack bar that does fresh fish and salads. The biggest negative for us was the lack of english people this ment the kids couldn't socialise well with the other kids and animation wasnt great for us. Most other guests seemed to be Russian and even staff commented asking what we were doing there as English were rare in the resort. We did have a fantastic night on our last night when the butterfly show was on .this was music, lights and lazers it was brilliant!like being at a rave the kids loved it! Outside the hotel there is no shops but a small bus journey along the road (3mins) cost 35p using contactless on my card will take you to the shops there is also market on s Saturday a 25 min trip on the lc07 bus will take you too .the gift shop in the resort I found to be super expensive! €17 for a small inflatable ring with haggling!
All in all a brilliant holiday with very little room complain about .

I would like to thank an entire staff of guest relations team and Firuze in particular for going above and beyond to make sure our stay in this hotel is unforgettable.

We had to arrange a multi-family vacation for family members traveling from three different countries during a pandemic and needed a lot of help with changing dates/rooms and every time our requests were accommodated.

We are currently at the hotel finishing up our two week stay. This has been one of the nicest vacations we've ever taken and we travel a lot.

Hotel is absolutely stunning, staff is very helpful and friendly, kid's club team is wonderful, rooms and all other facilities are exceptionally clean and sanitized constantly. Staff is wearing masks and all rooms are stocked with disposable masks daily.

There is an abundance of fresh delicious food and drinks at multiple restaurants and food courts, several a la carte restaurants, wonderful spa and all kinds of things to do every single day.

I especially enjoyed daily yoga outdoors with Irina. My toddler was obsessed with Volga and Katerina in kid's club.

We are definitely planning on staying here again next time we are in Turkey.

Guests from USA, room 1650.

We just returned from Kremlin Palace a couple of days ago and we couldn't be happier that we chose this hotel! We booked the flight and hotel separet and we payd a really good price for it.
Everything was amazing from the first minute! As soon as we arrived the bell boy Durkan was very helpful and friendly took our luggages in to the room for us. Reception and public relations were doing an excellent job and understood English very well.
Buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch was great and for dinner we had a complimentary meal in the a'la carte restaurants for 4 nights! Waiters and waitresses really hardworking people they did everything for us.
We rented an over water pavilion for a day it was like a dream. Had a personal waiter Murat who brought us nice drinks and food all day long.
We visited the boutique inside the hotel where we found nice bargains. The guy Uzeyir was super helpful and friendly!
Animation programs&shows were ok in the Colosseum.
We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this beautiful resort and would not hesitate to come back again!!

Over all I give just 3 points, here is why.
The rooms are still ok but far from a five star rating, it’s just worn out a little with significant traces of the years.
Food, overall ok, but mainly Turkish stuff, repealing every day actually.
No theme days or changing topics, but still a full variety of Turkish meals, bbq, salats.
Hardly any fish you can enjoy.
Sweets ok, but by far not on the level I know it from e.g. Delphin Hotels.
Generally after one week you get nothing new at all.
I suggest to prepare Theme Evenings.
Animation at lowest level ever.
Shows, rudimental stuff, starting too late to enjoy with kids.
Spa is very good, here I want to mention that Dida is the best there, she knows her job very much, is educated and I can recommend her for anyone, especially man who think that a small woman can’t do “real” massages!
I had problems with neck and shoulder and she managed to heal that in no time, here I give gladly five stars, as the whole spa team knows what they are doing, and it’s still no rip-off, pricy but worth the money!
Location of hotel is good as long you don’t need to go out, be aware that Turkish taxis drivers rip you off at all times, especially if you get one from the hotel, that’s definitively a scam network in place.
I suggest you go with bus directly located in front of hotel, it costs just 10 lira to any Lara place you Wanne go, and they are frequently going every 20 minutes, are clean, safe, and air conditioned.
Be aware that smoking is not permitted in rooms and terraces at all!
The hotel garden is nicely done and beautiful, pools are great however in the 205cm section is absolutely no hand rail which makes it hard for woman with “done nails”
Transport from airport is easy just 20 minutes.
All in all, 7 days ok, longer is boring

I like everything starting from the location which is few miles away from the airport so you can get to and off the hotel via public transportation there's a bus stop just in front of the hotel if you want to come from the airport take the tramway and stop at Doğa garajı get off and turn left few meters down to take bus number 07 it stops in front of the hotel I came to the hotel this way
Building is huge and beautiful and I don't understand why people in reviews are complaining about the oldness of the building it's old well maintained and charming I loved it very clean smooth check in room was spacious modern and very comfortable ( most pictures on trip advisor are very old now they have renovated all their rooms check pictures on their official site actually I booked via their website) they can offer orthopedic pillows too you can have a good quality sleep housekeeping is very efficient I noticed that they daily change draps and pillow cases which made me feel so confident and at ease loved the shower too and I got peaceful side with forest view better than swimming pool side quick efficient elevator too mini bar refilled daily
Food was available 24h they also offer quality drinks they make the best crispy börek ever at breakfast so no complaints about food there's a wide selection of food and desserts including baklava daily.
Try the fish restaurant you'll never regret it's kinda Greek themed with live music.
I'm not a swimming pool person but their swimming pools are clean I fell in love with the sea crystal clear with fish you can swim with fish I really enjoyed swimming at the hotel beach
They organise grandiose themed parties
very professional I really had a great time
there . Will definitely come back inşallah

Our favourite food outlet at the Kremlin Palace is without a doubt the patisserie opposite the reception.

Emine Hanim and her team run a tight ship. The place is clean and very organised. When you walk past in the mornings the smell of fresh patistry is so inviting. The Turkish Poca is freshly made in the oven and melts in your mouth. My favourite is the cheddar cheese Poca. If you go early enough they are still warm fresh out the oven.

Emine Hanim is professional, kind and so attentive. I can’t compliment her enough.

The hotel and restaurant are top notch. As the name clearly states, you will walk in the middle of Russia. Staff is very helpful, but not quite fluent in English. The room, relatively affordable compared with similar hotels, was facing the main road, the furthest away from the sea. Bathroom was spacious and clean. There is an issue with the centrally-controlled air-conditioning, which resets to warm in November; we had to keep the balcony door open for cooler air, but we paid the price with the noise of main road nearby. The restaurant had enormous variety of foods; people who criticise the food here are unrealistic. The best was the Turkish Coffee in the “Kremlin Square”. There was a good disco, modern music, but the place had a terrible smell. There are many swimming pools, all very nice.
My main criticism is in relation to the beach (the reason I chose this hotel). Due to some work, the large beachfront is restricted to about 1/3. Even so, there was a significant shortage of beach lounge chairs and then again the typical “towel prebooking” of the few chairs available. In truth, staff was active, bringing more chairs, but still insufficient (umbrellas even fewer). It was better than expected, but there are better 5* hotels on the Antalya Beach (but also more expensive).

GREAT FAMILY RESORT

we just come back from this hotel and had to write a nice review as we were looked after from the moment we walked through the reception. The resort is super massive and has so much for everyone. The staff are very friendly & helpful (specially room cleaners)

The rooms are bit tired and need touching up including bathrooms but still very clean so didn't bother us but over the quantity & quality you get for your money is hard to believe how good this place is. All inclusive is brilliant as they have so much soft option in drinks and ice creams for young children's, also massive range of food option. It was our budget holiday so wasn't expecting much but wow we certainly got a lot more then what we paid for.

Taxis are little expensive now due to everything going up but if you get on bus which is straight outside hotel then it's very cheap to get around.

Thank you to all the Kremlin team for making our stay one to remember, We will definitely stay here again

klemlin hotel is not very luxurious like in the pictures
but the staff are all good
Very good people
but they always give coffee and drinks from plastic cups😂
The biggest problem of this hotel is the old furniture.
quilt pillow towels and most importantly the room and bathroom are awful
i think this bathroom has not changed since the hotel opened
Even in the villages there are no such bathrooms anymore
I mean, I was surprised to have a bathroom like this in a five-star hotel.
door handles are too old
mirror frames and cabinets are very old
so it doesn't suit a five star hotel
and night programs are not good every night so there are ordinary programs
no show for kids every night
but the restaurant is always open but the food is the same every day
and the rooms have tea and water and coke but no glasses
and daily room cleaning is not very stylish.
If you are looking for a very perfect place, this is the wrong address, but if you are looking for a cheap five-star 👍🏻
