ATKV Hartenbos is like home-away-from-home. Everything you need is within walking distance and I always feel safe. Plenty of stuff to do or you can just relax and walk on the beach. Definitely one of my favourite holiday destinations

we were there for two weeks; had a lovely time it is peaceful. I would recommend it for anyone. The only downside is that although you are staying on the resort you still need to pay to make use of the heated swimming pool, I would have thought that it comes with the price of your stay.

We only spent 1 night at the resort, but it was wonderful. Would love to stay longer next time we visit. Good accommodation facilities, lots to choose from, loved the heated pool, and breakfast at Koswerf was amazing!

We really had a fantastic time. Beach and shops are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our Elvis Brew coffee on the beach and had lovely beach walks. Once at the resort you don't even have to get in the car until you leave. It is a self contained village. I just wish everyone would enjoy and respect the serenity of the resort. It is really a deterrent when your Neighbours have only self centered views on the stay. Noise can be an issue.

Friendly staff at Reception. Resort maintained in good condition. Excellent camping experience and sea views in Block E. Ablution facilities modern, clean and spacious. Long and picturesque paved walkway along the beach seaside of he resort. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended as a first class camping destination! (Note: I have not experienced the room accomodation as yet)

Loved the place. Awesome and friendly staff, but our stay was marred by the many cockroaches in the rondawel. maybe we were just unfortunate to get that specific unit, but that should not be taken as a reflection of the entire site.

I found the rondawel small and it made me feel claustrophobic especially with the weather being bad. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Definately not what I am used to from ATKV resorts that I visited.

Great location and clean as per usual. The only negative thing I can think of, was the limited TV channels available. We are not there to watch TV, but would like some variety when we are tucked in bed and getting ready to sleep. Apart from this, it was a great stay.

We had a very relaxing stay in a well known resort that always live up to expectations. The new beach homes are beautiful. A place that you always want to return too. Hartenbos, you will see us again in future.

Its crazy that the ATKV tell you that they only have 4 person accomodation available, but when you drive around, half the place is empty. Even more crazy... they tell you that the price of unit you want to book... but when you go to bookings.com you can get the same unit for about 40% cheaper. Why become an ATKV member?? Whats the point. Their booking system is a joke.
