We spent Christmas in this hotel. The place is enchanting. We unplugged from the frenetic city life and enjoyed the pure air of Sila. The room assigned to us was clean, a super comfortable bed and pillows never seen before which allowed me and my husband who suffer from cervical pain to not have problems. The staff is friendly and very kind. The restaurant is really worth it... we ate typical products and in addition to the goodness they had they were also beautiful to look at. The village in which this hotel is located is very nice. There's a bit of everything at your fingertips. Quad excursion done, an experience that will leave you breathless. Only piece of advice: it would be useful to leave a sheet of paper in the room with notices of check out times, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and use of the Wii Fi (in other hotels we found it useful).

Structure totally renovated, clean, well lit and tastefully furnished. Attentive, kind and professional staff. Large, clean rooms equipped with every comfort, very comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing buffet breakfast, sweet and savory, infinite choice and possibility of multiple combinations. Brand new hotel with all amenities. Clean room facilities for efficient children. The breakfast really 4 * abundant and tasty for both sweet and savory. Restaurant with adequate prices and tasty dishes. All qualified and kind staff from the cleaning lady to the waiters to the receptionists all. We will definitely be back! It is nice the outdoor sitting area where in good weather the children have fun running around and adults relax. Nice and comfortable bar attached. If I really have to find a small flaw I must say that it would be nice if at the bar, at least in the evening, there was more choice of sweets like a few slices of chocolate cake or some other small pastry or similar things only one thing.

When we reached our destination, it was about 13.00, looking like a teenager and with much superficiality, the girl positioned in the reception post for the restaurant tells us that it does not appear.
