We like to explore uncontaminated areas of Italy, and we came across this wonderful location by chance and we fell in love with it!
The hotel is beautiful and it has old the facilities and services one may required. We took advantage of the bakes available for the guest to explore the surrounding. Nice choice of vegetarian dishes and amazing food over all.
We will definitely come back asap.
Cheers from Belgium

He disappointed me. I probably had too many expectations, but I think there is no good value for money. Clean room, but disappointing service, especially in the restaurant. If you buy the spa package, you must also buy the swimming cap. Check-out is at 10am, but if you have the spa booked at 10am (not by your choice) you have to pay the late check-out to be able to take a shower in the room you purchased. In short, with what I spent I could have had a weekend abroad

Literally walking to the Parco dei pini is beautiful and inviting and is located in a quiet and strategic area The entrance to the location is well maintained, ample parking and very kind all the staff,
bar and cozy hole, including the well-kept garden.

Too bad about the water that was lacking in high season , Pool and Spa were disabled and inaccessible to all except for a few guys of 'staff itself after dinner, disappointing even the room where you could hear the TV and neighbors' speeches even (behind closed doors and windows.)

Very nice restaurant room, but unfortunately the appetizers are not from the house, in Sila I would have expected less commercial food and more local products especially in high season.

Start on the positive side: the location in a tourist area with the best locals in the area. A place that has many flaws. Starting with a not completely clean room with a lot of dust on the furniture. The heating in the room is centralized and kept at a temperature too high , in the bathroom there is only shower gel without shampoo, the hairdryer has stopped working during use. The swimming pool, duly booked, was not heated but was at room temperature, practically freezing. Turkish bath not working in the SPA area. WARNING: in the breakfast area they put a fridge with sweets that are not included in the stay and that they will charge separately but these are not marked anywhere. The waiter will arrive after consumption to inform you of the additional price. Never again! The rest of the breakfast was ok. Suppressata in the salty part and pistachio creams, chocolate and maple syrup in the sweet part.

The structure is located in a corner of paradise, but otherwise everything needs to be reviewed. Let's start from the room where the extractor wasn't working in the bathroom, and the bad smell that was there was enough to make you vomit, then with the heating off until 9 in the evening, it's true that leaving the spa feels like a luxury if not you catch a cold. Small spa, where in the relaxation area to use a lounger you have to take turns with other people, herbal teas served in plastic cups with lukewarm water are pitiful. Swimming pool completely in need of repair as the linings are all broken and of the two hydro massages only one works. Pitiful food to say the least. Being in the heart of the small Sila we expected something more typical. Cold and flavorless food, or perhaps with too much salt. Example: I ordered a lasagna, which unfortunately tasted of nothing, as a second first course, there was pasta and potatoes which was even worse, costs like pork loin, overcooked and cold seevita with a cream with mushrooms of those definitely ready-made ones that are sold in the supermarket. Potatoes with mushrooms are pitiful to say the least, so much so that I don't eat them.

The facility is beautiful but the service is very poor.

Restaurant: low food quality. A friend of ours with celiac disease felt ill despite 2 calls in which they assured me that they were equipped for the service.

SPA: the masseuses are the only positive note, but the external context is poorly maintained. The smells are not good and to access you have to go from the outside (you get cold).

Reception: the lack of professionalism here. Certainly not for mistakes (which can happen) but for lack of kindness.
They charged the cost of all the extras on just one room even though the bartender had marked individual people's rooms. Arriving at reception on the day of check out they asked to "do the calculations with us". Both for this and for the rooms.
We solved it with a sheet where I "did the calculations myself".
They granted us access to a 6-seater pool which later turned out to be 3-seater.

The prices are 4 star but the service is a long way off. We hoped to relax but it was more stress than wellness.

Let's start from a premise: such a structure in our Sila can become a real flagship in terms of hospitality and a reference point for tourism.
Lovely location, quiet, surrounded by greenery and well cared for.
Strengths:
-extremely friendly and helpful staff, with real tips of professionalism, from the lounge to the reception staff, passing through the spa staff.
-Clean rooms, cozy.
-Heated pool and small outdoor environment really cozy
-Wellness center level
-Large and welcoming common areas, with small gems (such as the indoor children's area) that make it a great place for families
-Appreciated little cuddles in the room upon our arrival to celebrate the birthday of my mother who conquered us.

With a view to improving this level structure, however, I want to make some small points that can be understood as constructive criticism that I hope can be accepted by the owners:

-Lighting in the rooms a bit 'sparse. It also lacks a summer ventilation system in the rooms and the courtesy kit in the bathroom is really sparse.
-Pool very cozy, but not everyone respects the directions on use of headphones and shower before entering. Greater attention to hygiene would be welcome.
-Breakfast varies, but could be further improved both in preparation and variety with typical products and not prepackaged.
-Catering with fluctuating levels, from one night to the next both in quantity and quality (too bad because they have excellent raw materials)
-Soundproofing of rooms too basic and guests too noisy ruined the last night of overnight stay. Double pity, because the quality of the rest is really good and in Sila you go (also) to rest and find some shelter from the noise.

Will we go back? Of course, hoping that the suggestions addressed can also be read and applied at least in part, because the structure really deserves.

My partner and I stayed one night, through the You and Me package which included booking the HEATED pool for an hour in the evening. Well, we arrived and on the advice of the receptionist we went to the swimming pool, what can I say, once we arrived we entered the water we couldn't stay more than 5 minutes because the water was cold. We presented the problem to both a maintenance worker and the girl at the spa. After a good half hour where the problem persisted we decided to go down to reception and let them know. The answer we were given was that the thermostat had a high temperature even though the water was cold. After several attempts we were asked to cancel our evening reservation and use the wellness centre. The relaxation area and the spa environment was quite small, so much so that we were four couples and we had to wait in turns to use the various services, the herbal tea was offered in a large plastic glass, plus there were only five people in the relaxation area deckchairs and we were already eight people in the room. We arrive for dinner. Nothing exceptional, we were struck by the fact that the starter had an extra cost (which was the best one). In the room on the windowsill we found several dead flies, I attach photos here, but also live ones that were wandering around and causing quite a nuisance. While the breakfast was abundant and satisfying. We were sorry to have had a negative experience because we had a certain expectation and it was not respected at all, we believe that in the heart of Sila having a refuge like this and not knowing how to make the most of it is truly a shame.

September in this region seemed a good idea but we did not know the school holidays were not ending before October. This beautiful hotel, full of charm and welcoming was completly invaded with families with children running around in the corridors, in the restaurant like crazy. Parents were not in charge at all and the walls of the nice large bedroom were not soundproof. Our balcony going along the bedrooms was a running pist. The spa was a like a public swimming pool. So, sadly we left after one night. But perhaps one day we will try it in another season having checked the school calendar before booking!

Excellent location in the green and beautiful Sila Calabrese, external wooden structure typical of the mountains surrounded by majestic trees, lots of greenery and flowers. The rooms and bathrooms with Jacuzzi are quite large; the food in the restaurant is reasonably good, the breakfast however is a little sparse, at 9am there was already no skimmed milk and no labels on the cakes indicating ingredients, too little choice. The cleanliness was fair, but the tables outside were mediocre.
All in all I recommend it, because it is located in a corner of paradise.
