A really great little hotel. Family-run. Excellent service, both the manager and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, my favorite is the great freshly prepared fried eggs. You just feel completely at home here.

Right in the picturesque old town centre, a stylishly renovated historic house that invites you to spend an equally romantic night after a romantic walk through the narrow streets. Excellent service, delicious, plentiful breakfast. Unqualified recommendation.

More a bed & breakfast than hotel but friendly, accommodating, clean and comfortable place to stay that is brilliantly situated in the main square next door to restaurants and bars. Great coffee houses in short walking distance and you get a quick feel for the town. Felt like I was on opening set of Beauty and the Beast.
Very relaxed pace. Good breakfast on offer Nd very supportive staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Stayed here during the very hot spell in mid June and when she noticed I was here all week, the proprietor gave me a basement room which was cooler.
Exceptionally clean, nice décor, great breakfast and fantastic location in the beautiful main square. The proprietor is a great host to.

Very friendly, excellent service. Nice cosy rooms with excellent view over market place in this picturesque town. Breakfast is top standard with salmon, fresh fruit salad, eggs any style, very good coffee. This hotel can be truly recommended!

+1
Everything was great, beginning from big, quiet, comfortable, old-fashioned room and bathroom and ending with the delicious breakfast. Minikitchen was a pleasant surprise. Unforgettable experience! Thank you, Doris! Wish we will be back!

The square in Heppenheim is very nice and the hotel is on the one end. It should not really be called a hotel but an inn. It was clean, and quite (but if you had the window open there was noise even off-season). It served only breakfast in the premises but had one bar/restaurant next door.
The only problem that I had was the price. You are in a nice old village and you are paying for a 3 star actual hotel in Frankfurt.... Off season! It's not as if I chose to to attend the festival (in which case I can understand the premium price). Apart from that the old city was nice (not wow), and the hotel ok....

Wonderful hotel overlooking the old city center. The best of old world charm with a modern, clean hotel room. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Beautiful view overlooking the old city and castle. Fantastic breakfast. However, beware of the parking rules. You can park in the city ring overnight, but not nearby parking areas. If arrive when office is closed the adjacent restaurant staff will help. Remember to bring your assigned key pin code with you!

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for a family visit for 5 nights. The hotel itself is located in the beautiful heart of Heppenheim which is the perfect starting place to explore the old town centre. Our room was spacious with enough room for both us and our 3 year old daughter. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy. The owners made us feel so welcome and the service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Lovely hotel, perfectly located in the main square of the old town of Heppenheim.
Nice room, good breakfast but what I appreciated most was the kindness and the support I got from the owner.
Highly recommended!
If you need a taxi, I warmly suggest to book it in advance. Even if the town is small, finding a taxi can be challenging ;)

Hi, i stayed in a room located on the ground floor. If i am not wrong, there is no elevator, but to be sure, i would suggest you to check with the hotel.
Best regards
