Customer service is amazing. I had a problem with my key card and they fixed it without a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for families. Perfect walking distance to the stadium of light and shopping centre. Staff are kind and friendly. We have a 2 year old and they were

Lovely hotel in a fab location. Short walk to the shops and cinema, nandos etc. Very quiet as well. Rooms are what you can expect for a travelodge and staff are friendly. No restraunt but no big deal for us. We will be staying again.

a lot of corridor noise and noise from the room above, also from the stairs area as we were located right next to stairs and the reception, then noise again from guests arriving back in the early hours

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. I went to watch football which is very close to stadium of light. Superb staff. Will stay there when I return to Sunderland. The room was large enough and very clean. Couldn't ask for more especially at that price.

What's the youngest you can book im 17 and me and a mate wants to stay for 2 nights
Good Morning, there must be an 18yr old in the room with you as stated in the booking terms and conditions. Failing to abide by these may result in your booking being cancelled or being asked to leave the hotel. No one under the age of 18 can stay on the premises without an accompanying adult. I hope this helps.

Best off booking well in advance and you will get the rooms for a lot cheaper. My brother stays long term when he visits from his home in Spain and he has never spoke of any loyalty card scheme. He normally gets the room for just under £30 a night. Go onto their site and ask there but you will struggle to find anywhere for £40 a week.

Hi Maureen, Thank you for the question. There has recently been an open air car-park open next to the hotel which charges 60p per hour between 8am and 6pm. The car park is free after 6pm and on Sundays. If you have any further questions please feel free tou give us a call directly on 02031958858. Many Thanks Paul Riley Hotel Manager
