This lovely and rustic but clean resort is a short drive from a rather quiet Platjan border post. The road was in faily good condition. Check in was friendly and efficient and we also bought two bundles of fire wood. On our way to the campsite we came across the camp manager who welcomed us and told us we just...

A long drive down very bumpy dirt roads but well worth it. The MOST generous and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much, they helped us change our tyre, start a fire, offered us ice and took us to see sunset. Friendly, interesting and kind. Beautiful river side location of campsite and beautifully looked after. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in campsite five. Isaac, who is in charge of keeping the sites clean, did a brilliant job. Very neet, clean, hot water in the spotless ablutions. Isaac would make sure we had a fire going when we returned from sundowners. We saw lots of elephant, all the usual antelope. We had 100 birds by the end...

It is our second time camping here! In December 2015 only for one night and Easter weekend of 2 nights. Love the view on the Limpopo river. We loved every moment of it! Will recommend it to anybody and can't wait for our next visit!

As we were driving into the road after we checked in a big leopard was drinking at the waterhole!!!! We arrived at the site and the bungalow was clean and comfy. The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing!!! We...

We loved going to Limpopo River Lodge after the first time, we now go there at least once a year. Limpopo River Lodge is right on the Limpopo River on the Botswana side and right in the Tuli Block (one of my favourite places in the world). Here you just relax, go for self drives around the farm, seeing the...

Lonely Planet led us to find this place. So glad it did. Seriously one of the best places we stayed. We rented a 4x4 camper and had 3 weeks in Botswana. This was the last place we stayed, and one of the best. Loved being able to self drive around the whole property. The campsites were immaculate, thanks to Isaac....

We are independent traveller' s from Cape Town and this was our first nights' camping on a 5 week trip. Lovely clean sites overlooking the river kept pristine by 'Isaac'. Great private ablutions for each site with plenty of hot water. We spent 2 nights here and would definitely return.

Stayed here on the first stop of a two week holiday. Terrible roads from the border, but well worth it. Excellent toilets and large spacious campsites. Right on the banks of the beautiful Limpopo river. Beware, not a lot of animals to be seen but highly relaxing environment
