The staff were warm and friendly, Khanya at reception went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is neat and clean, breakfast was the best!! Thank you to all the staff, I definitely recommend Bluewaters hotel if you are ever in East London. Their restaurant was amazing and the food is to die for, thank you to Synde and his staff in the Slipway restaurant. If you ever have a function contact Synde, he is fantastic bends over backwards and caters to all your needs.

What a great place to place to stay for a few nights on a work trip. The rooms were better than I had expected and surprisingly comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful when we had to change our booking at the last minute. The shower was a bit on the small side, but the comfortable room made up for it. It's also nice that the beach is within walking distance. I had a great stay!

Great location. Right on the beach. Walk 2 mins and you are walking on the beach side.
Good rooms. Bathroom doors don't close properly since they are sliding and leave a gap between the door and the wall. Otherwise rooms were excellent.
Delicious breakfast in the mornings and plenty of car parking at the back. Attached pub is useful.

This hotel is amazing. Its very clean with a king size bed, aircon in the bedroom and a fridge. You've also got the amazing view of the ocean outside your window. There's dstv in the rooms and the staff is very friendly and are very keen to assist. Would come again here in a heartbeat. Its about a 15-20 minute drive from east london cbd but its definitely worth the drive.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and wow what a difference from another establishment in East London. Rooms are adequate but clean and neat and well maintained. Bathroom is basic.
We had excellent service from the owner manager and it being a small hotel we had very good service for all meals.
A pub is attached so can get quite noisy but that did not disturb me much
Good location near the beach and within 2 km from shopping area for emergencies. Quick and easy access of the N2 and an ideal stopover if you are contemplating a long road trip passing through East London.
Food was excellent and staff were very helpful at all times

We had a great time at the hotel. The food was perfect and the housekeeping was awesome. My kids enjoyed. Though the play area was not as big as it is shown online. Wifi never connected, though we had the coupons

I have been travelling for many years now and with different Companies. I have always asked the Travel Agent to book me in at the Bluewaters Hotel as it is the best place in East London in my opinion.
The Staff are always friendly and once you been there before, they always remember you which makes a person feel at home. Their breakfast is of a high standard and caters for all my needs.
They have a Pub on the premises which allows you to park your car and never have to travel anywhere else.
I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

We stayed at the Bluewaters hotel for 3 nights and i really wished we could have stayed longer. The service that we got from day 1 when we checked in was excellent. From reception to porter to housekeeping to bar tenders. Durban on its own is a great vacation getaway locally to have a hotel that go,s out of their way to make sure that you are well taken care is really heartwarming.
I woud recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the good work.
