We also had a similar problem with being in a luxury villa. Friday night was fine but Saturday was like a circus with the rest of the rooms been rented out and the kitchen in use. Banging of doors and car alarms going off late at night. There was no management dealing with this. When I said it to lovely Mike at reception he told me people were given instructions no noise after 10. No-one checked this. I was young once and understand young wanting to have fun. I called numenerous times no answer. Madness also that I had to use my phone no direct line to reception. You can't charge people for a luxury room and not explain how it works with room.

My husband started chemotherapy yesterday so this was to be chill weekend. We did manage to unwind some what. We had a lovely massage but previous complaints are correct. Towels cheap and worn. No shampoo are body loition. Charging high prices so keep up standards. Staff in restaurant were a delight. Pleasant friendly and efficient. Dinner was basic could be improved say a curry or something not fried food as was on menu. Breakfast was delicious.

We did enjoy and my hubby managed 9 holes his first game in 5months. Even beat me. Tricky little course.

Our 1st visit was “Wow” but this time round we encountered greens in bad need of maintenance. Our Villa had breeding cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards & the fridge / freezer wasn’t working and for a self catering unit that is a no no. Broken chair, locks & a dirty pool. The communal pool entertainment tubes were in dire need of a paint job as experienced by our 5 year old who got paint under his big toe nail that had to be pulled off to get it out.

We made the most of it for a getaway weekend but when you charge high rates you expect quality at least, no matter the COVID repercussions - upkeep is key.

Stayed at a Premium Villa for the weekend in a new unit. Unit was clean and had a large bed. Basic amenities were provided. We stayed at unit SL06-21 the shower tap and hand towel rail were loose and kept falling off. Also no rack/shelf in shower to place soaps. Also insufficient parking outside units. Only 2 bays for multiple units, we had to park on sand. The lady at the shop does not explain hiring prices clearly, perhaps consider printing and sticking up the PRICES. Games room has one pool table, not much of a games room.

Overall good, relaxing stay but service and some facilities can definitely be improved.

I stayed in seasons for 2 days in celebration of my birthday. We arrived to a unit that was dusty and missing some items. The staff took hours to attend to our needs and you must use ur own cellphone to reach reception and you lucky if the answer the phone 3rd time around. Houskeeping was useless, they literally hang same dirty towels back on the rail and never bothered to sweep the room. The stay comes with breafast from tanglewood restaurant and even that was just horrible!and had limited options.Reception seemed very relaxed about our complaints and didn't seem bothered.

Went to visit over the weekend. The accommodation was great however the spa service and treatment was horrible. We went for our spa treatment on mother's day and they were overbooked. When we changed for our massage treatments of the six of us I did not receive a gown & slippers. On request I was given a dirty gown that some had worn. Our treatments started an hour and hour later then scheduled & our lunch was served late. The pipes/sprinklers towards the end rasul treatment never went off went so we had to use the shower. They were under staffed and there was a lack of prior communication in all things, they failed to inform us that they were overbooked, under staffed and that our treatments would be delayed. Our hot stone session had to be 60 minutes long which session was reduced to 45 minutes and no prior communication and explanation was given. My friends were massaged first and I was massaged 20 minutes late because all the rooms were occupied and as an apology I offered was a complimentary drink which I declined to take. The ladies bathroom were a mess and a friend had to call them out of this for them to clean it. I so had to approach one of the staff members to always ensure that there's toilet paper in their toilet. The staff members are not friendly at all. All in all I would recommend one to book their accomodation with them but option for a spa treatment and lunch elsewhere!!)

I played golf here years ago but never stayed here. I was well impressed. This place in summer will be a gem for kids. There is a water park area which is currently under construction but once it's done it looks to be a great area with water slides, a little soccer area, chess etc. For adults there is golf and a spa. The spa pools are also under construction and due to covid cannot currently be used. We opted for back, neck and shoulder massage and it was really good and peaceful. The spa room overlook a little lake area. We also went for a number of walks around the estate and saw Nyala buck and springbuck. Our unit was really private with access to thee braai and big kitchen area at an extra cost but well worth it. Be sure to bring your own braai wood as they had run out, there is a nice fire pit area at our unit S26 with a private splash pool. On our walks I was rather disappointed to hear how some visitors were playing their music really loudly. I wouldn't have been happy if my unit was close. Thankfully once back at our unit it can't be heard but annoying on 'peaceful' walks. Bunnies are plentiful to see and we were lucky enough to stumble upon a sweet Chameleon. We also hired a golf cart at R150 per hour to ride around and explore the area more as well as a bit of the golf course. Overall, very impressed and Id like to bring my extended family here too.

What a terrible experience! We decided to stay at Seasons Sport resort due to the hype surrounding the resort, only to be bitterly disappointed. A narrow road that seems to be never ending leads guests to a reception and swimming area. The warm outdoor pool was cold and dirty, the kids pool actually had a baby frog inside! All this, combined with the lack of soap in the bathrooms near the pool, while the green overalled staff enjoyed a game of chess by the outdoor chess arena. We went to our chalet (SCH02) and were greeted with a gaping open bin, a leaking shower with no hook to hang the telephone shower, light bulbs fused in the main bedroom, the walk in shower had no handle nor a lock. It rained throughout the night, and we awoke with a sopping wet couch due to the roof leaking! The final nail in the coffin was when my mum discovered that a mouse and eaten through our bread packet which had been placed in the bread bin! This explains the unpleasant odour emmiting from the kitchen units. Overall, a disappointing experience. Magaliespark is a much better stay.

On arrival I knew that we might be in for a mediocre stay at Seasons as they couldn't even get the basics right like replenish toilet paper and soap in the reception bathroom.

On arrival in our room, the adjoining living area that we paid for was locked and we had to drive back to reception to complain as there is no phone or contact number supplied in the room. They did however eventually manage to unlock the inter-leading doors. The bedroom was clean and comfy, however the parties taking place in every direction around our accommodation kept us awake for much of the evening.

After a long day out on the second day, we got back to have a shower, but there were no towels and the 1 hand towel that they left for us was dirty with sand; in fact it was the same towel that was hanging up in our unit on arrival. There was also no toilet paper nor coffee mugs or teaspoons and again we had a somewhat sleepless night due to the surrounding parties. The wifi never worked at all, there was no dishwashing liquid or soap in the bathrooms and the fire wood that we purchased at the small spaza shop was damp. I have given Seasons 2 stars as the restaurant was superb and (although the course was difficult), the golf was amazing.

My wife and I have just returned from 2 nights staying in your so called Luxury Lodge Room. Sharing a front door with our neighbors, hearing them cough, sneeze and flush the toilet. In addition the view from our patio was a long barbed wire fence which looks shocking. This was not a luxury experience at all and despite us raising these concerns the mo ent we saw the room you just didn’t care. We travel extensively and never complain regardless of the accommodation but you have taken my money under false pretenses and I intend to tell everyone that I meet about your so called Luxury Lodge Rooms with a security fence as a view. I have the photos to prove it. Why did you do this to us ??

The resort is lovely. The chalets are spacious however they are not the cleanest. We watched how the cleaners clean & really is disgusting. They use one cloth to wipe everything from the floor to the sofas same goes for in the bathroom. It really is unhygienic. Staff are really friendly. We enjoyed our stay during the week however from Friday night noise levels were through the roof from the surrounding chalets. It’s really disturbing as we were there to relax but we couldn’t as the noise started early in the night & lasted till the early hours of the morning. The loud music is really inconsiderate people should be fined for these things. Another thing we had to experience during our stay was load shedding, the resort should look into generators or solar systems for guests to enjoy their stay. We enjoyed the spa. It’s really amazing, all the staff there are so helpful. We also enjoyed the pools, the ones by the spa & the outdoor ones. I would recommend couples to try out the spa pods they are amazing.
