We were in phase 1, 9c. Very clean, well stocked. Walking distance to Starfish Pointe, Kaibo Yacht Club restaurants, about a mile to Rum Pointe. Generally quiet, depending on other tenants. A bit remote, but that is +/- depending what you want on vacation. Would come back in a heartbeat. Happy to be out of George Town traffic.

I would highly suggest you make plans to attend the BBQ night at Keibo. I have been to many Beach Bar-B-Ques, but I have to admit, this was by far the best. The food: Salad Stuff, Bread Stuff, BUT all meats were FANTASTIC, and I tried them all. From Lamb Curry, to Pork, to Fresh Fish, to Jerk Chicken, to Beef Ribs. ALL 100% cooked and tasted great. And, the band was very good, and a little Congo Line along with Limbo all included.

This is the most amazing condo! The view, the pool, the coffee place just steps away, the bar, and restaurant just steps away, its like your own private beach! We kayaked to starfish point. The garage had bicycles and a kayak for our use! Amazing condo! If you are looking for quiet, calm, and relaxing this is the place! The owner gave us great directions on just what to do and how to get here, she was so great thru the entire process. We rented a car which is a must on this side. But honestly you have everything right here at this condo. For sure the best place to be!!! We are already planning to come back! Thank you for letting us use your most wonderful condo!

My adult daughters and I had apps here after a day at Starfish Point. Service was great with a friendly and attentive staff. HOWEVER....their items are WAY overpriced. My kids all had alcoholic beverages that were rather small, served in a plain hard plastic type cup, and all of them said it was light on the alcohol. So those drinks were nothing to write home about. We had conch fritters. 11.00 for a plate of six that were maybe one inch in diameter. Ridiculous. They were good, but not for 11.00. We also ordered the Reagge Trio which was tortilla chips with 3 dips..guac, hummas and pico. I think that was 12.00. It came with about 2 servings of chips and maybe 1/3 cup of each dip. Guac was okay (didnt have the taste or texture of a good chunky homemade guac but was okay more like a creamy dip), hummas was pretty good and pico was ok. We spent a good amount of money and really were not impressed. There are no other options there though so they can charge more. Take snacks or wait to get back to the port area would be my suggestion.

I have to completely disagree with the previous reviewer. We stayed at the Kaibo Condos, Phase II, Unit 5A, after booking through Airbnb. The posting was exactly as described if not better. We had 4 people in a unit that slept 6, (2 bed, 2 bath and a pull out couch) a washer/dryer in our unit, and a garage with bikes, paddle boards, a BBQ and snorkel gear. The place also had a cooler and kids sand toys. The location is amazing, though a little far from Georgetown or SMB if you have to drive that way often, like we did. But if you’re looking for a quiet place to get away from the busy tourist beaches this is the place! Our unit looked right out across the pool, across the beach and out into the ocean, where you could watch the most beautiful sunsets. You’re also right next door to the Kaibo Yacht club with good food and entertainment, hammocks and boat tours (I was worried we’d hear the noise late at night but we didn’t notice anything). And it’s a 5 minute drive from Rum Point or Starfish Point. We had the easiest check in, using a lockbox. And our host responded almost immediately to every inquiry. Totally amazing place and great experience. We’d totally go back!!
