I made a reservation for this place via booking.com. After seeing how dirty it was I wanted to leave earlier but the owner didn't agree and I had to pay for the whole reservation. The staff barely speaks any English so don't count on them. Do not recommend to anyone...

Arrived at 7pm and there wasn’t anyone at reception, it was al closed and dark. We had to start knocking doors from the villas until we found one that had the phone number of the owner. They had several rooms but non of them were clean/ready for guests, even though our booking was confirmed 10+ days before. After nearly 1h wait, we got our ‘clean’ room, as you can see in the pictures. We wanted to leave after the first night but they said they’d clean it properly. They cleaned it but most of the stains still remained there. The manager said that this was due to the earthquake and that they just re-opened but I’ve seen reviews on tripadvisor during the past few months. Also, a closed reception without anyone to welcome guests and rooms dirty and not ready for guests is simply due to bad management. If the place was deeply cleaned (very deeply) and they had reception open, this place could be ok as the rooms are good size and the pool is quite nice.

At first sight everything seemed good, and days after days everything has gone pretty bad. First, we were given a room with a shower who was not working, and they knew it (we met people who stayed in this room and have been changed because of this problem, so.. what’s the point ? The hotel was not full , and they gave us this one) , so we could not showered the first night. Then, we ve been changed, and the second night around 11:30 the power of our room didn’t work anymore (no electricity, no air co): we waited 1hour outside for someone doing something, and finally went back to our first room for the night. My partner hurt himself and has put some dirt on the bedsheets on the first room, when we went back for this night, we realised that the room was cleaned, but the bedsheets hasn’t been changed (still the same dirt my partner put the night before) : disgusting and revolting , seriously. Finally, the last night was ok, but we rented a scooter with them, agreed to give them back with a full tank, obviously we did, even more (we let a small bottle of fuel in the scooter): the morning the scooter was gone, 1hour later came back, with an empty tank and no more bottle, and they told us that we haven’t filled it up !!! Of course we did, and we would never do it again , so dishonest. We finally left paying only 1 night on the 3, and for me it is already too much, when u realise they don’t change the bedsheets and try to rip you off. Positive points: the breakfast is okay, the pool il cleaned (maybe a bit too hot)

Great location, only 5/10 mins walk to the main street for dinner. Loved the quiet location. We had a private villa with the plunge pool, clean, comfy beds, fixed any small issues we had. Friendly staff and the breaky was great.

We initially booked 2 nights at Hadiqa Villas but extended it to 3. We are so glad we found this place! The rooms are really big and comfortable, there’s a TV, the bed is comfortable and has a duvut (not that you need it for warmth, but it’s super comfy!). Good power on the shower, there’s also a lovely swimming pool and the breakfast is delicious. Reception staff are helpful and we hired a scooter for 2 days at 60,000 IDR per day. The location is good, it’s about 5-10 minutes walk from the restaurants, bars and supermarkets but it’s nice and quiet, opposite a rice field so you don’t hear the mosque or any road noise. I would absolutely recommend Hadiqa Villas for anyone wishing to stay in Kuta and if we return to Kuta, we will definitely be staying here!
