    Hi Ronny. thank you for your feedback. As explained to you the pool filter broke at the beginning of the year and could not be replaced that quickly. The DSTV is and was working but the system is a little tricky to operate. You did not ask for assistance there. As for the neglect yours is a singular view as this is an 90 year old heritage house and fittings etc are not modern. To promise your lady a 5 star experience and then book a last minute cheap special is always to be a disappointment At least you liked our coffee with an up to date espresso & coffee machine Best regards

    Enjoyed my stay very much. Helpful, hospitable and courteous staff, high class accommodation, beautiful manor, easy to uber from and to town in a matter of minutes. Quiet and private. Highly recommended.
