A clean comfortable room with great bed linen but breakfast was advertised which wasnt available when we got there, so false advertising. Also advertised as having off road parking which in fact was a challenge as there was only space for 2 cars and even then we had to move our car every evening so the other guest could get out early in the morning which was inconvenient for her and us and she wasnt amused. Not sure what would happen if there were 4 cars with there being 4 rooms at this establishment. I think it was very over priced for what it was. Shannon who looked after us was great. Wouldn't go there again.

Firstly I want to compliment the host on site for his extremely friendly and helpful approach. On the accommodation itself though (vs advertised): - No aircons - No SMEG appliances in the room - Bad acoustics limits privacy - Parking limited, no room to park more than one vehicle between the guests without needing to move vehicles around at some point - Shower drain leaves water backed up

Would suggest refreshments in the room. Overall speaking had a pleasant stay and my room was neat and tidy. The staff was very friendly and my brunch required was done on time and delightful. I would suggest that you update your website to the current status.

A gem in the heart of Claremont! Spacious & luxurious rooms with everything you may need, including access to the main kitchen plus bar fridge in your room. Bathroom was wonderful with luxury toiletries - Josh was extremely helpful and looked after us so well. Best value for money!

I mistakenly booked the room twice and when I wanted my refund back it was only paid half. Which was really unfair. They did not help me at all with the situation. I contacted many times but it was not resolved well. The room was average and floor wasn't cleaned properly. And I don't ever want to use booking.com again.
