I have to applaud the owners and all the staff at the Grand Resort Hotel for all their hard work and efforts on keeping us all safe through COVID-19... At all times, staff members are wear their masks inside/outside and are constantly cleaning and disinfecting... social distancing of sunbeds, dining experience etc and you can even eat your food at your sun bed now which comes in a fully closed container. I must say I do feel completely safe and I can see that they are complying with all the strict guidelines the government has imposed since opening the hotel to ensure everyone’s safety - A big thank you to Sophia, George, Desi, Pedros, Vasilis, Pavlos, Sotiroulla, Michalis, Sotiris, Angelos, Michalis, Demetris, Demetrious, Anthi, Dino, Eleni, Maria for always smiling, being positive, happy, extremely helpful and kind..
I highly recommended this hotel for its excellent staff, fantastic location and atmosphere, their delicious foods, (thank you to all the chefs) a great vibe for singles, couples and families, cleanliness and safety...They have gone above and beyond to ensure everyone’s safety.

Given everything that has happened over the past few years, we were nervous of traveling aboard and it was our 2 year olds first holiday. The Grand made us feel safe and secure, with lots of sanitizer stations and daily cleaners in the rooms and all public spaces.

While the hotel has high level of service throughout, it has pure diamonds in the form of the girls who run the kids clubs, they are amazing: Hope, Sophie, Anastasia and Oksana are out of this world. It runs everyday, and has activities for all ages, including beach trips, pool parties, crafting, painting, games ect. They are really on the ball and safety is paramount when at the activities, we decided to stay because of the age of our child, but if if was older would of happily left him. They have a daily mini disco in the evening and even offer a babysitting service (chargeable but super cheap). The girls take a personal approach, learning your child's name, likes and dislikes and therefore will adjust the plan to make sure your child feels welcome and secure. They are doing a fabulous job with the limited resources they have (likely due to the time the hotel has been closed with covid, supplies haven't been restocked or maintained for the season as of yet) if we return to the Grand they will be the reason why, the service they offer is out of this world!

Every year without a fail I make sure at some point during the summer holidays I stay at the GrandResort Hotel.
This hotel is like no other 5 star hotel I have stayed in. You feel like you are with family the way the staff treat you, very caring, friendly, helpful, they can’t do enough for you to make your stay memorable. You are more than just a customer, especially when you keep coming back.
The hotel has wonderful palm trees all around, it makes you feel like you are in paradise! The atmosphere is very relaxing, with a cool vibe, not pretentious at all. Very clean and beautifully decorated.
The bedrooms are of a very comfortable size and are nicely decorated especially the garden family suites. All rooms supple bathrobes & slippers, also kids bathrobes and kids slippers if they are staying in the bedroom.

It is a very kids friendly hotel and has things for the kids to keep them entertained - playground, kids pool with a small slide, kids club, kids corner in their main restaurant with kids menu & kids buffet. Kids club is very good and the animation team are excellent, inside, outside and pool games to keep all of us entertained.

The hotel breakfast is excellent, full of options for everyone, lunch and dinner also has a lots of different choices and every night there is a different themed buffet, kids mini disco, fantastic shows for kids and adults too.

I can highly recommend to eat at their Kyoshi Teppan Yaki. It is an authentic Asian testing menu with a live cooking station with a Master Chef carrying out an amazing performance right in front of your eyes. And afterwards you can have wonderful cocktails made my Mixhalis and or Micheal.

The Musses Spa is such a wonderful experience, I always feel very rejuvenating and relaxed afterward with the lovely Zita, she is the best!!

In 2015 we had our wedding here and both us and our friends and family had a wonderful time, so much so that every year since we’ve been coming here for at least three days. This year after the corona virus shenanigans we decided to stay here with a another family, it won’t happen again! With two toddlers with us NO-ONE cared to bring us clean towels, soaps, clean water glasses not even toilet paper and I’m mentioning that as on the second day I asked one of the maids for some of it and she rudely replied she had no time to help. I would also like to mention the delay we faced after ordering coffee and food at the pool bar: we ordered refreshments at 11.30 which was only server around 13.30!! Food? We ordered some at 13.30 to only have it around 15.30 when after complaint to a member of stuff, he very fast brought some food for the toddlers. It was very disappointing. At the end of our visit we talked with the manager to only be told he is aware of the situation but is an able to do something about it. It’s a managers job to find ways to fulfill the clients expectations even more so in a 5 star hotel! Not worth the money or the stay. I do not recommend!

Having just spent 3 nights at the Grand Resort, I have to say that we have had the BEST stay here in Limassol. The hotel itself is super clean and beautiful. The pool, beach, facilities are all kept really clean and to a very high standard. The restaurants - for breakfast in Anthea is gorgeous and you can sit outdoors with a garden terrace feel, and we also had a spectacular dinner at Kyoshi, which was a great show by the chef for teppan yaki, but also the food was delicious! We had some cyprus wine as well and the attentive staff explained the menu and the wine list.

We had a sea view room with balcony, and the views were outstanding! Really special to wake up to the gorgeous sea view every morning. The rooms had dressing gowns, slippers, mini bar, and water provided each day. The extra touches like the flowers left in the vases in the room were lovely. The turn down chocolates on the pillow in the evening. The cleaner was very thorough with the hoovering and polishing.
The bed was so comfortable and huge!

Customer service is outstanding, with everyone from the pool service to the luggage handlers, and the manager was exceptional.
The cocktails are fantastic, no matter where you get them from, the pool side or the restaurants, the tycoon bar - all well made and perfect.

A really great stay, and I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Limassol. Not too far from the marina, and the hotel concierge shared some great advice on where to visit nearby. Opposite is a bar and a few restaurants as well should you want to venture out.

Overall, the hotel was excellent and we are already planning our next trip back!

Have been staying in the Resort in the beggining of April and we've been really lucky with the sunny weather. The sea was really calm what is nice for the hollidays with kids. Beach is perfect, no rocks, and the sand has the specific dark color. We've been really enjoying it!
The territory of the hotel is really beautiful and green, what is rare in Cyprus, especially we loved the big garden.
The food was nice, some restaurants have been closed probably because the hotel was quite empty, but for us it was enough, especially we liked breakfast buffet, that looked awesome! And all the restaurant staff have been all the time helpful and smiling!
Have been worried of going in the beggining of season with kids, but they never get bored, thanks to the gurls from kids club, who did stay with the kids full day. Hope and Sofy tried to find the way to every child in the hotel, from the first day they even new the names of my kids. The activities have been really different, the beach games (my kids adored the water balloons) , indoor pool, kids disco. Even when we've got back home kids are keep dancing Socu-Socu! Thank you for making our holidays so fun!
We will definitely come back to Grand Resort!

Beautiful hotel. Lovely stay. As a family of three we were offered a deluxe sea view room (huge double + stand alone single)
Room was stylish and modern, clean and well stocked. Every detail taken care of. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The balcony was small only enough room for 2 people but perfect for what we needed.
Thomas P, the head waiter made our stay. He was so friendly and helpful he greeted us warmly at every meal and chatted away to our son. We actually looked forward to seeing him on our restaurant visits.
The pool was lovely there were plenty of sunbeds. Very clean surroundings.
The food served in the half board restaurants (breakfast and evening meal) is absolutely stunning. A huge selection, cooked to perfection and something for everyone even the fussy eaters! Breakfast in particular was excellent.
The only negative and it really is a small thing is that 3 nights in a row our card didn't work for the room door. Prompting a trip back down the long corridor, into the lift and back down to reception to have it reactivated. Not what you need after a long day out carrying your bags up to the room. This meant that every time we left the room we needed to check the key worked before leaving so that upon return we knew it would work. Staff were always helpful but its a technical issue that needs resolving. I'm just glad we weren't on the top floor as we had been taking the stairs to keep fit but not after the key trouble.

Just back from a week at the beautiful Grand Resort Hotel. From the very moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by a friendly, professional reception team who made the whole process of booking in seamless. Our cases were delivered to our room immediately, and what a room, massive bed, welcome fresh fruit bowl and beautiful fresh flowers.
The room had a sea view to die for overlooking a small marina with the waves rolling in was stunning.
Throughout the hotel the staff go out of their way to smile and greet you, around the lovely pool which we seemed to have to ourselves for most of the morning was spotlessly clean, maintained by a dedicated team of gardeners and cleaners, the poolside bar was heavenly and the staff deliver to your sun lounger or on the private beach. The food in the Hotel’s different restaurants is first class , plenty of variety in the spectacular breakfast dining room with fresh omelettes and pancakes cooked while you wait. If you want a five star ultra relaxed holiday look no further than the Grand Resort

This was my 4th visit and each and every time I have an amazing experience!
This is the only place in Cyprus I feel relaxed and I love every corner and discover new beauties every time. The staff works hard to keep guests happy, rooms are always spotless and well maintained (I haven’t had better quality linen and towels in any hotel) and the location and facilities are second to none.
Breakfast is top notch, I had room service and snacks at the pool bar-both great and the cocktails were all very good too!
All in an, if you are looking for a high quality experience and good value for money THIS is the place to go in Limassol!

My husband and grown up daughter stayed 4-11 October in adjoining rooms. We were at the front of the hotel which had a lot of road noise. We had to move rooms because of the noise of screaming children throughout the morning & night. Our new rooms had very saggy beds, which we were given a topper for, I had to help the lady from housekeeping with the one for my daughter as maintenance just left her to it! The rooms were never cleaned adequately, ours had a toenail on the carpeted floor when we arrived and it was still there when we departed! Bins were not emptied, tissues/loo rolls not replaced. The rooms were very tired, really grubby furniture on balcony.

Only two restaurants were open which served the same, uneventful food. There was a buffet which we didn’t try and a small Japanese restaurant - which never seemed to be used. We had to get a 40 minute cab journey for a good restaurant or walk for 30 minutes along the beach. We spoke to a few other guests during our stay who also said they were very unimpressed with the hotel food, and also wouldn’t eat there.

Reception were not very helpful, we had to keep going back to them to get answers regarding moving rooms, which impacted on our time away.

Really don’t see the resort as 5*.
