We checked in on the Friday and were put in the in the studio with the patio. We needed a quiet getaway and we get here and the neighbors are hella noisy. We are still here now. And security hasn't done anything about it. We've called 3 times already and the party is still going on next door. No regards whatsoever fpr guests. The establishment should put in more stringent rules because this is not AT ALL. For the amount of money we paid and the experience we're having right now. Totally would not recommend. Zero from me....

Dear Guest Sorry to hear about youyr experience with your noisy neighbours. Sadly there seem to be a growing number of people who have absolutely no regard for the peace & quiet of others. I am surprised to learn that Security did not respond and will have to investigate this. I can assure you that we take a dim view of this kind of behaviour and we do whatever we can to sort these issues out. Pplease accept my apologies for not reacting or resolving this issue, the reasons for which, I am currently investigating Kind regards Dave Johnson - Resort Manager

My wife and I visited your resort this past weekend to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. Expectations were high as we expected to be able to relax, sleep-in, eat, drink and be merry. It was the opposite! We were in unit 37MK and our neighbours were extremely loud the entire weekend (til 3am). We complained and complained and complained...the guests were not removed from the resort - instead WE WERE TOLD to rather move to different chalets! Friday and Saturday night we hardly slept a wink because of this noise!

Dear Mr Schuleman Thank you for recording your disappointment. We are obviously keenly aware of this particular incident as a number of members of our management team were involved one way or another. Sadly, it is no simple task just to "Remove' problem guests from the resort especially whan they are in a state of extreme intoxication as these guests were. Offering you alternate accommodation was a short term solution to at least ensure that the balance of your stay was not disturbed. It is an unfortunate fact that there seems to be a growing number of people who have absolutely no regard for anyone but themselves and it is clear that we need to develop and improve the measures that we employ to handle incidents such as the one that you encountered Sincere apologies for the obvious disturbance, inconvenience and irritation Kind regards Dave Johnson - Resort Manager

My husband and I stayed over at The Kingdom Resort for 2 nights for the annual Lost City Cycle Challenge. From start to finish I was impressed with the resort. We received timeous and informative e-mail communications; arrival and check in went smoothly with Covid procedures all in place and stream lined. Our room (a studio villa with patio) was big with a lovely king size bed and the kitchen was fully equipped for self catering. (Please note no oven.) Bathroom is very spacious with a shower and bath as well as separate toilet. The unit has aircon and TV with ample channels (all sport included) as well as braai facilities. The resort in superbly maintained with loads of entertainment options, especially well suited to families with kids. We enjoyed the air pillow as well as water park loads! Our Body Bliss Spa session was a wonderful treat and the facility is quiet and well laid out with well trained therapists. Highly recommended and kudos to all involved.
