There is no single location that will serve as a base to see all of Ireland. Most of the roads are narrow and travel is slow. The K Club is a great location to see central Ireland but you will want a base on the west coast, maybe Ashford Castle, and then somewhere in the south near Cork. Lots of sights around the country and the landscape varies by region. Don’t miss the west coast with its dramatic scenery.
