Our last night stop over enroute to Cape Town proved to be a great experience. From the moment we were welcomed by a gentle, elderly lady who booked us into our fabulous room, until breakfast the next morning. The young manageress Ilona served us the tasty breakfast and is such a pleasant, friendly lady and an asset to this lovely B&B. Thank you Ilona for making us feel so welcome. Well-priced and comfortable rooms, with helpful and accommodating owners, who live on site. Being mid-winter, air-conditioning (and electric blankets) would have been welcome, but a heater was provided on request. Breakfasts simple, but quite adequate and hot food made to order. Secure parking plus large lounge and bar area (with walls covered in an interesting variety of paintings. In-door braai area available for guests. No in-room cooking facilities. We stayed over-night on two occasions and are happy to recommend it to travelers.
