First off this hotel is in the middle of nowhere if you are interested in any night life. And the staff are appalling. No interest in what the customer wants unless they are interested in you. Food well let just say premier inn not far away was way better quality and better staff

I stay in warrington on a regular basis and this is the best value vs quality hotel in the area.

The facilities are getting dated but certainly usable, the bar and restaurant areas are in good condition and the staff are well trained.

The price of the room is reasonable but the

Stayed here for one night as part of a business trip, the surroundings were nice and the bar and restaurant fairly nice, it had a classic feel though of a pricey old fashioned hotel with 90s ish décor I felt.

Overall the bedroom was cosy and comfortable and I found it to be clea

The room was clean and comfortable - the only maintenance issue being a light bulb out in the bathroom mirror.

The problems experienced here were all down to other guests - running up and down the corridors, shouting, banging doors. Woke me up at 1am and I was awake until 3

Good rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. We have been staying here for over 12 years and are always made to feel welcome.

The standard of the restaurant had been falling, but we are delighted to report that it is now very good. We were very well looked after by Laura and

Which rooms have air conditioning?
Hi. When we stayed at the hotel in April not all rooms had air conditioning. The Superior rooms to which we were moved did have it. We are aware that some upgrading of rooms is due but not sure when. I would contact the hotel directly to get the up to date situation.

Is there a fridge in the room?
Hello Donna R, Although there are plans for this to happen in the future, unfortunately at the moment, not all of our rooms have fridges. Please let us know when making your booking as we will always do everything we can to honour guest requests. Alternatively, all of our VIQ rooms do have fridge & mini-bar facilities if you wanted to treat yourself to an upgrade. I hope this helps Kind regards Chris Spencer Operations Manager

Could you tell me how far you are from creamfields please taxi distance/time?
Hi there. We are about 4 miles from the Creamfields site. Usually this would be an 8-10 minute taxi ride but of course during Creamfields the journey can take a while longer due to the high volume of traffic in the area. Hope this is helpful and look forward to seeing you in August '18!
