Basic but very pleasant hotel, quite close to the Medran lift. My son had a single room at the front of the hotel with a balcony and the room had been refurbished. It was a little noisy at night. We had a room at the back which was much quieter with no balcony and hadn’t been refurbished so was a bit tired but absolutely fine for what we needed. Only complaint was the pillows which were polyester and really uncomfortable. The breakfast was included and pretty good and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Stayed here the last 5 nights and a great small hotel. Centrally located less than a 5 minute walk up to Medran lifts. Rooms were very comfortable, wifi very good, radiators were super strong and able to dry ski gear off. TV covered multiple countries. Pillows were good, one rectangle and one square. Could request aditional ones at reception. Shower very good and constant hot water at all times. Minor point would've been a mini fridge in the room to store water/drinks. Needed to close the shutters at night, to keep some of the light and noise out, but that was the trade off for the location. Lounge area/bar(drinks from reception) was small, but not an issue as everyone went out to the bars/restaurants in Verbier. Breakfast very good, had endless supply of everything. Staff super friendly and willing to assist. Check out was 12pm, but a room was available to use to change and bags kept securely with reception. All in all a great hotel in Verbier and would recommend.

Stayed here late February 2022 - forgot to review earlier so date below wrong - clean, functional, friendly staff, great value for Verbier for single rooms for a group of guys who don’t want to share. High street outside can be noisy and Mardi Gras celebrations went on a long time!

Stayed with 4 teens over new year and it was the best location in town. Watching the fireworks from our balcony with champagne in hand as our kids hit the mosh-pit in the central square. Unforgettable experience! Rooms where great and the family room was much bigger than expected. Breakfast was fine and the staff on the front desk were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. Easy walk to the gondola and plenty of room in the ski storage area. I highly recommend this propery and thank you for our stay

Stayed with a friend, each with a single room for a week. The balcony was a plus. The bathroom, although small, was modern and I love the warming towel bar. My room faced the main resort street and from previous reviews I knew there would be some noise. There was, but I didn't mind. And then there's the staff. They were great. I admit I had a crush on every single member. Hellooooo! They were friendly, extremely helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. I don't speak french but this was not an issue. Breakfast was a plus. The location for the hotel was so convenient to everything and a short walk to the main Gondola (of course up hill), central to shopping, dining, groceries, theatre, and pharmacies. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here. Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and cosy. Breakfast had everything we needed to start the day - great selection of food and always fresh. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Verbier and would recommend to others.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2022. Staff were extremly helpful , cheerful and pleasant. Our room was small but had everything we needed and the ensuite had a bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was a bit limited on the cooked side with only scrambled eggs and bacon on offer every day. A heated boot room would be a bonus, trying to get them to dry out in the bedroom wasnt ideal. Central location meant the street outside was noisy late at night. I would book here again if I came back to Verbier.

This hotel is not high end luxury but it has everything needed for a good stay. Plentiful breakfast, comfortable beds and staff who really go the extra mile to help. The family adjoining room is excellent for 4 with 2 separate bedrooms sharing a bathroom but separated from each other. The walk to medran lift is short but you can also rent a locker at medran to store boots and skis if preferred. The backside shop beneath the hotel rented some good skis and boots and the hotel gets a 20% discount. My only gripe is the noise at 2am and sometimes later every night as the night owls leave bars but that’s nothing to do with the hotel, just a fact associated with the hotel’s central location.

Two of us stayed in a super queens sized room at this comfortable, super clean and lovely hotel in the very centre of Verbier. Fantastic breakfast and lovely quiet bedroom with comfortable bed and facilities. Bathroom was great for the two of us with nice big white towels and all bath and shower gels and products supplied. Enjoy even though a little pricy but hey that's Verbier.

This hotel looked very promising from the website photos. However the reality was quite different. The rooms and the general hotel looked like it had not been decorated since the 1990’s. The decor was very basic the walls were papered with dated paper and the furniture was so flimsy the cabinets would almost fall over when we opened the drawers. The bathrooms were pretty shocking...one very small bathroom for the ‘family suite’. There is a distinct lack of storage for families especially given the amount of clothing you need to take for a ski trip. We had nowhere to put our jackets and ski trousers at the end of the day of skiing to dry off. They had to be placed on chairs. Breakfast was ok, a little basic but not a bad selection. Rooms were kept clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very let down by the website and felt we had been mis-sold this accommodation. None of the rooms seem to resemble the photos which is puzzling. The one positive is it’s location which is central verbier. Although it’s a bit of a trek up the road to the lift with children and skis in tow. Wouldn’t recommend for families of 2+ Better probably for singles or couples.
