from the parking you can go vie lift to the front desk ... the first impression is very positive ... the staff at the front desk was very friendly ... My room was very large ... but modernized without charm ... the bathroom was very small ... good WIFI ... bed and mattress were also good .... unfortunately no free water in the room ... a very large spa ... great swimming pool ... and various saunas ... yes, it is a little aged ... but the prices are also moderate ... the restaurant area is very modern and appealing ... but the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant can improve ... the buffet for me was not so appealing and expensive too .. I decided only for a soup ... but the breakfast was very good and versatile ... a NoGo is unfortunately ... that the cleaning service is coming without knocking into the room... In my opinion, the furnishing concept should be continued on the rooms and the spa ... a little more friendliness helps everyone .. anyway thanks for a nice stay ...

Very bad experience. Staff unfriendly and unqualified. No management. Food poor with limited range. Photos and review on website misleading. Sad that in such a beautiful part of Germany a hotel can be so poor.

We've booked with Travelbird, The hotel look's excactly like the pictures. Great place from where to start your hiking in the black forrest. Tip: go to the Informationcenter and there you can find a lot of maps to go hiking. In the hotel everything was good and nice and friendly staff.

We only found this hotel by chance as the hotel we were booked in was over booked. Step inside this hotel and you feel as if you are in someone’s very artistic front room it’s beautiful so many little touches of deco at its best. We only had breakfast but nothing was missing it catered for everyone
