I have booked this hotel for 2 nights. When i arrived 3 o#clock in the afternoon everything was closed and nobody was inside. There was a woman still working in the restaurant but she couldn't help me as she did not have contacts from the hotel staff. I have waited for 1 hour and found another hotel to stay in the city. I have wrote a email to the hotel management describing the situation and asking not to charge me. They have charged me anyway. Please be careful if you plan to stay at this hotel.
We attended a wedding there and the service was great! It's located next to the recently renovated city library which is housed in a 15th century monastery. You are in the heart of the downtown action but don't hear the noise. The food is great and the ambience is perfect for art lovers.
I stayed here for four nights on a business trip. It is a small hotel located right in town, near restaurants and a park. The rooms, and the restaurant, are very stylish and roomy (for Europe.) The bathroom was spacious with a good-sized shower (again, for Europe...) There was a blow dryer. Wi-fi was available and worked well. When I checked in, they asked what time I would want breakfast, and I said 7:30 a.m. and they asked "How about 8??" I told them I had to be at work at 8, and all I needed was some bread! Everything ended up being ready for me at 7:30 a.m. though, and there were definitely other guests eating at that time as well. Given the location, you can walk to dinner and shopping. My only complaint, is there is no air conditioning, so you must leave your window open during warm days; since the hotel is in town, you will hear every motorbike driving around and people talking and walking late into the night, if you have a room facing the street. If you need parking, it's located in a garage across the street. There is only one door opener so you need to go to reception to get it, then get back in your car to drive in the garage.…
The hotel is comfortable, located in the heart of the city. Rooms are quite new, well decorated and very quiet. Actually you hear nothing from outside. There is no a wide range of products for breakfast but it is ok. I strongly recommend this place.
