It was an All Inclusive but not much to offer, only breakfast and dinner buffet, with a some pinda's as snack, limited hours for food and drinks. The food variation was very poor. But nice that the food was ready after walking in the mountains.

A well located hotel close to the village centre and easy to access the piste.Friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet.there's a strange double lift system so best to book a room on the 4th floor or below.

Dear Client, Thank you for your feedback following at your stay with us at La Clusaz. Indeed, our establishment is ideally situated in the center of the village, next to the ski lifts, activities, animations,… The Hotel Alpen Roc*** was built on the mountainside with two separate buildings superimposed in order to preserve the natural environment, this is why you have to take 2 elevators to reach a part of the rooms of the hotel. We will have the pleasure to welcoming you again for your next stay in the mountain… Best Regards, Élodie TERNISIEN – Hotel Manager & the Team

I went to this hotel on an all inclusive holiday with National Holidays with my friend and we both had a fantastic time. Journey down was good and our drivers, Gary and John, told us about the areas we were passing and clearly love the place themselves. The hotel is lovely and rooms spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The pool area was nice with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi to relax and they had put sun loungers outside the pool on one of the days we were there. The food was yummy, lots of choice and the cakes, well most people ended up with 3 on their plate because it was hard to choose. The all inclusive bar was great with a couple of cocktails each night too. I cannot say enough good things about this place...the village is a short walk from the hotel, quaint with a few shops, tobacconist and a couple of places to eat and drink. Turn left out of the hotel and walk straight up to where the cheese and wine shop is and turn right and go to the bottom, you will find a lovely little shop selling glassware and jewellry reasonably priced, depending how much you want to spend. La clusaz is a gorgeous place to stay and Annecy is stunning. The hour boat trip was enough for us and well worth it. Chamonix has lots of different shops and amazing views too. I've never had a bad holiday with national, this is definitely one I would love to go on again! Thanks National holidays for another fantastic holiday. Chrissy and Catherine x

Service very limited, price extremely high for the room and place, the common areas need serious improvement in my view. Breakfast not ready at the official opening at 7AM, with only very basic stuff, with no choice of organic food at all. One should not expect any service out of the strict minimum. There was a very unpleasant smell on the 2nd floor corridor during my stay...
