We bought this week stay in 1/2 board via a Leclerc travel agency. We had chosen this service in view of an advertisement that remains expensive because very false even if everything was not catastrophic.
For the positives: friendly, smiling and friendly staff (reception, maintenance, catering). The room (336) was spacious, clean, with good bedding, coffee and tea set available and reviewed daily. Good sound insulation. The meals (dinners) offered were varied and well cooked even though chocolate often comes back in desserts. The breakfast buffet offered something to satisfy all tastes. It is also true that the rates (breakfast and dinner) are relatively high.
Cons: We selected this Inn described as offering a "wide range of high-end services and facilities. Starting with the wellness area". However, the SPA is non-existent: hammam and jacuzzi were not in service. The pool is very small and the jet was not working. The sauna was not regularly heated (every other day). Too bad there's no deal with the thermal baths right behind the Pension. At €39 per 1/2 day, it would have been better to have negotiated preferential rates for Pension guests than to offer a semblance of SPA. The fitness room: except for the treadmill, the equipment remains very low-end and not very useful for people used to exercising. In the bedroom, the flush and shower system do not make very "professional" either. Carpeting (rooms and corridors) should be replaced by healthier cladding. The curtains in the rooms are lying on the floor. Due to the ceiling height, maintenance personnel should be equipped with telescopic arm wolves. Rates displayed in the room are not up to date (especially for tourist tax). It would also be good if the restaurant staff ensured that guests used the tongs to help themselves...

This hotel would be a great choice, if you wish to save some money and be within the walking distance to the Gondola. Gondola can take you directly to Mirabel ski slopes. Hotel has everything for a nice stay - nice clean rooms, premise to store your skis and spa. However, the lowlight of the village is the limited quantity of goods restaurants and if you are looking for a nice dinner, you will have to drive to Mirabel, Courchavel, or even St. Marin.

The location is good if you want to be close to the ski lift, but that’s about the only good thing.
The facilities look like they used to be good 10 years ago but have not been refreshed. The staff have no motivation and most speak no English - the lady at the reception does not even try to understand English or any attempt of French (our is not great). With the different people we interacted you get the feeling that they could not care less about guest satisfaction.
The spa pretends to have restrictions where you need to reserve, but there’s nobody there to check who’s coming in, so at the end of the day it gets very crowded and there are no towels.
Breakfast is ok
Bottom line, if you get a cheap rate and know that you’re getting maybe 2 or 3 star standard then go for it, but not worth above that

There is no WiFi at the rooms at the reception no where
they act like they are hearing this problem first time then they told me several customers having that issue.
I asked like 10 person at the lobby weather they use WiFi or not none of them has connection.
I will try to charge my international data usage Bill to hotel.

We thank you for your comments. We apologize once again. Our wifi broke down. We immediately notified our WIFI provider, in order to restart this breakdown as soon as possible, it took 3 days for everything to work again. At the hotel we do not master fiber optics. We understand perfectly that this may disturb you. We offer our customers a business center in the yellow lounge next to the reception. regards

Changed room not in accordance with the Reservation which is recurrent at their home and pretext to charge an extra,
catastrophic welcome (do not know how to greet guests correctly, attic for a welcome in accommodation), poorly supervised person,
HS equipment,
of unimaginable dirt, dirty windows covered with cobwebs, windowsill with insects, armchairs of living rooms covered with halos.,
Welcome lounge in the dark with a large screen out of age broadcasting anything,.
Not only if you really want to have the room booked, you are asked for an extra charge but also they are dirty, poorly soundproofed, overrun by cigarette smoke;
Cigarette smoke is allowed in this completely non-smoking hotel, so if you are indisposed, it is up to you to leave or endure.
Legally, the hotel that has established the 'wholly non-smoking' rule must enforce it, the infringement can be found
As for the reception, you will not be safe, at the slightest problem, the receptionist currently in place who prides himself on a false hotel path and his supposedly responsible, we invect you.
I warn single people about this serious failure, aggression and lack of education are their only strength (ironic)
On the catering side, it's a real shame. 35 euros for these non-tasteful dishes without any research and a service that does not belong to a hotel training
We will tell you that the hotel is in this state following a supposed future purchase, which is necessary, they have allowed this building to deteriorate for years and the big problem is the management. This is one of the worst hotel I could visit in terms of Award Value and in terms of hospitality and management.
It is not normal for it to stay in 4 stars.

We stayed here for two one night stays at the end and beginning of our ski trip in Courchevel. It was basically a cheaper night with a slightly shorter drive to and from Geneva.
The hotel is fine. Ample parking clean and relatively modern rooms. Our rooms were the same layout on different floors, but one had a slightly more modern bathroom. Only issue with the room was a very slow to drain plug hole in the shower.
Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods. Cleanliness could be improved though as the grand piano had a good few months of dust on it!
Would stay again.

in our summerholidy we spend three nights in this hotel. Overall conclusion is that his hotel needs an update. Although the room was clean and spacious, the staff did not get the airconditioning to work, also the refridurator did not work for the length of the stay. The bathroom has been upgraded, but you could not hang the showerhead on the wall so you had to stand up in the bath to shower and hold the showerhead. Breakfast is good has enough for everybody. The general impression of the hotel is that for the money we payed (200 euro per night for three persons incl breakfast) it is way past its due date. the painting on the doors is damanged throughout the hotel, the carpets shows stains and the windows outside the elevator were dirty. outside the terras te tiles had not been cleaned this season and on the surrounding walls the paiint was getting loose. Again for this money i would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Having read several recent reports about that hotel we were ready to be disappointed, however our short stay there turned out to be quite pleasant. Our room was not state roof the art but overall quite comfortable. The bedding in particular was very good. Several parts of the building are however in need of maintenance and show their age. The breakfast is average. Front desk is efficient and friendly. Not a bad deal given the reasonable price, even if this hotel is a bit overrated with 4 stars.

This superb hotel remains a very pleasant place to stay. It is true that the whole thing could do with some updating but the main thing remains its location in the village, its spacious rooms, the very good quality bedding, the cleanliness thanks to the dedicated and always smiling staff. We appreciated the bathroom with walk-in shower and the garden is also calm and relaxing. We have been staying there for many years and hope to return often.

We were very surprised by the bad reviews on this hotel when we stayed there for two nights! It is magnificent, of high quality and the room is very comfortable and elegant at an unbeatable price for a 4*, during the week, but with a special senior rate: free intercontinental breakfast! In addition, the welcome is incomparable and very professional, first by Katheleen and Chloé on the first day then by Alice, a charming Italian, and very kind at the spa by Jade and Alice (I noted their first names specifically for our opinion ) without forgetting the bartender who immediately put us at ease in the restaurant and bar. Indeed, the outdoor swimming pool does not work and neither does the jacuzzi in the spa. The indoor pool is not big and the swan neck was broken but that didn't bother us for 2 nights. Finally, Chef Giannini's cuisine is delicious with a very studied and gourmet diet menu. We will definitely return.
