Very accommodating and friendly staff. Top notch facilities yet traditionally maintained facade and architecture, which gives it a cozy and familiar atmosphere. Conveniently located a short walk from the center. Public car parking nearby and easily accessible. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

This is an inexpensive, no-frills hotel that offers excellent service. Room no 6 was simply furnished, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. It included an ensuite bathroom with a shower and handbasin, but a shared toilet down the corridor. There is a guest lounge and library. The continental breakfast was ample. Madame Marchalot was a gracious and considerate host who went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. The hotel is in a quiet street near to the city centre, marina, restaurants, and tourism office.

Got a good price for this short notice booking, 33euro. Cheapest around that was in the town, convenient for people like me on foot. Staff were always polite and we shared a bit of banter as I was in town to watch the football, but supporting the away team! Room was lovely, very comfy bed and good bathroom. Only problem was that there's no shower head holder so I had to hold up the shower head, not what I wanted after being drenched by the rain! Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it, but all in all it was a good stay in a lovely little hotel.

A very charming & affordable hotel, ideally located in a quiet neighborhood between the Centre ville & the Port depeche of Lorient. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the hosts of this family owned establishment, who also provided us with any needed assistance. The room was very clean & had a simple elegance. The hotel makes a convenient base for exlploring the Pays de Lorient & we hope to return again in the future.
