I have been recently in Italy for a trip on the Adriatic coast and I stopped by the hotel Europa which is really close to the motorway. The hotel is great and the family that own the hotel is very welcoming and friendly. On top of that I would like to recommend this place for the food, the restaurant on the main floor is inviting and the food cooked from chef Lello it's just incredible! If you want to have a mouthwatering experience you must stop by the Hotel Europa!
We ended up in this hotel after a car accident on the motorway. The location is not spectacular as Hotel Europa is frequented by truck drivers or workers who need a proper place to sleep - it is not a holiday accommodation. It's position very near the motorway means that traffic noise can be heard, but we didn't mind. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is practical and not fancy. But that is perfectly acceptable. They serve very nice local food in the restaurant. I have to say the penne al arrabiata were amongst the best I had during our stay in the South of Italy. Same goes for the pulpo with peas. The service is very friendly and the staff was very helpful, especially given the circumstances of our stay, and I would happily stay there again, albeit I would most definitely skip the dreadful experience of having an accident prior to my stay the next time…...…
