La Reginella is a typical Mediterranean building situated in the heart of Positano. The hotel is surrounded by the most spectacular landscape of the Amalfi Coast, with the characteristic houses perched along the mountainside. La Reginella, whilst boasting stunning views, is also very convenient for the unique local shops. The beach can be reached easily on foot by a walk along the small road which passes the hotel. If you prefer, you could take the steps, the famous "Scalinatella longa, longa, longa..." of the world-famous Neapolitan song, which bring you to Positano’s beach and squares within five minutes. The large rooms, double, triple, and quadruple, are all complete with private bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating, TV, and balconies, and have a fantastic view. The balconies of all rooms overlook Positano's "Spiaggia delle Sirene," the sea, and the wonderful landscape of the Amalfi Coast. Most rooms have a bathroom decorated with the colourful tiles from Vietri.

We managed to book this at a reasonable rate and we had a twin room with a balcony with a great view. The hotel is clean in close proximity of everything and has a good breakfast. We had our baby with us and they were quite welcoming and helpful. I would recommend staying here

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Hotel Reginella in September 2018 at the end of nearly two weeks across Italy. Hotel Reginella and Positano were the highlight for both of us. The hotel itself is located perfectly, half-way up the hillside to allow you breathtaking views of

I was floored by how beautiful our view was from our balcony. We had a family suite on the top floor of the hotel - basically to interconnecting bedrooms, each with its own aircon, en suite and balcony. It was fabulous! it is on the top floor of the building, so you need to walk

I've been meaning to review this hotel since we got back. Hotel Reginella is by far one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Everything was spotless, the view of the beach from our balcony was surreal, there was a view of the cliffside from the shower, the breakfast was

This is the view out the window in the bathroom. Amazing!
Hi Is there parking nearby for a rental car?
They have a valet that take your car and park it for you in a lot nearby. I think it was around 20 euro a day.

How much it for per night?
I believe we booked from between 200 to 230 dollars a night. Positano is rather expensive, but after four weeks in Italy this was the nicest hotel we stayed at.

how many steps to the beach and the church?
You can walk down the steps which are right across the street from the Reginella and I'd say it's about 250 or you can take a leisurely stroll down the street. I opted more often than not for the street since there was so much to see and fantastic shops to wander into. The street goes right to the church which then leads to the beach, a beautiful journey no matter which way you choose to go!
