Dear guest, we respect your comment, but we want to clarify that: - if during booking or at the time of your arrival you had made us aware of the inconvenience of the size of the shower (since we can not know the height and weight of each guest) we would have proceeded to change the room where there is a shower bigger. We believe your comment, made only after your departure on tripadvisor, useless and controversial, without any substantiation. - Regarding the gym (Technogym equipment - recommended by their consultants, which include: 2 treadmills, 1 exercise bike, 1 Techogym Vario, 1 bench with a set of weights, 1 kinesis Technogym), for us a well-equipped gym, but that only wants to be a free service for our guests and not a remunerative work for the structure. Also if you had asked the reception of the hotel, they would have delivered the gym towels. - Another unnecessary and unfounded controversy that our structure is without changing rooms and we do not give towels for the Spa and for the outdoor pools, upon arrival at the facility, the first information we give is the delivery of towels for each entrance, directly at the reception of our Spa, and the withdrawal of those for the pool outside, in the reception of the Hotel, if you have not heard any information, just ask and we would have delivered the towels and indicated where are our locker rooms (2 for men and 2 for women - since we also have guests, who do not stay at our Resort, but who come to make the path to our Spa, or use our outdoor pools). In addition, all our guests, walk in peace with a bathrobe, take a coffee or an aperitif at the bar, have breakfast and can have lunch, take a walk in our gardens. Maybe you are not Spa goers ??? - Regarding the hydromassage pool, it was fully functional (maybe you have not pressed the button that serves to operate the hydro massage jets?) - Perhaps you are inattentive and uninteresting guests, since you have not asked any collaborator, nor if there are changing rooms, or if we deliver towels.
