Rooms are clean and the food is excellent,The owners speek Italian alone. Wi Fi is not free( it is 1 euro per day). As I went sightseeing almost all day long I almost waisted my paid Wi Fi (keep this in mind). Other than that I can not complain.

I stayed in this hotel just for few nights and believe me it was enough. From where should I start..First the hotel is old and rooms was poorly cleaned; the bathroom was a nightmare - the sink was leaking all the time during our stay and nobody from the staff (after I already told them) took care of it. They would just mop the floor, but the leaking would continued. The towels were dirty - there were some brown stains on them. They would cancel the heating after some time between 21 h and 21:30 h (9 pm & 9:30 pm) and at that time, outside it would be 3°C. The walls are so thin you can hear people in the next room. The staff doesn't speak English or any other language . They were impolite and unkind. There is a WiFi but it's 1€ per day. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel.

Spent two nights here after touring Puglia. Room spacious and clean, but the bathroom could sometimes smell of drains . This was because the waste trap on the sink was suffering from siphonage when another room emptied one of its bathroom items. You could here the water being sucked out of the trap. Other people in our party did complain about their rooms being small or stained walls. Food OK although no fruit for breakfast but lots of cake. Service OK but not with a smile.

Stayed at Hotel Capri Oct 2011. Our room was awful - i could not bear to spend a minute more than I had to in the bathroom! Sitting area nice, pool clean and food was average.

We stayed in this hotel over Easter 2008. The main focus of the visit was to be in Rome on Easter Sunday. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues or concerns. The staff were professional yet friendly and as for the food, we enjoyed everything on offer. We were made to feel comfortable, welcome and only wish our itinerary had allowed us to experience more of the town itself. Thanks to everyone at the hotel!! Stayed here with Travelscope in September 07. It was alright if you don't expect anything special. I thought the food was poor and there was no choice of menu. There is a decent lounge to sit in. I didn't find anything at all to see or do in Fiuggi. Travelscope use it as a base to visit Rome but by the time you reach Rome there isn't time to see much there. Thankfully I have visited Rome previously independentaly. If you want to see Rome stay there not at Fiuggi.
