A walkable distance from the train station and walkable distance to join the shuttles who bring you to your ship. Comfortable, clean and safe. Owner are close to their customers so no hesitation and save a lot compare to book in hotels !

We stayed here prior to a cruise. We thought it was a guest house with Bed & Breakfast. It was actually an apartment in a block with an entrance door on the street. We had to ring the owner with our expected time of arrival and his mother met us at the door to show us round and give us the keys. The apartment was on the fourth floor accessed via a very small elevator. The apartment consists of three en-suite bedrooms and a shared kitchen/breakfast room. The apartment was clean and tidy, the breakfast croissants were freshly delivered and there was ample hot and cold drinks. There was also bacon, sausages and eggs in the fridge for you to cook if required. This is a great reasonably priced option for a night in Civitavecchia, but be aware you may be sharing an apartment with strangers.

Booked this thinking it was a B&b for 2 people it turned out the 3 bedroom apartment was shared with 6 people You had your own bedroom and bathroom Rooms were done out beautifully However it is uncomfortable hearing noise from the rooms, balcony and outside The room for breakfast was shared and well stocked You need to email the owner with actual arrival time we did not as the room is advertised with 24 hour reception of which there is none You need wifi access to ph the owner to enter the building If you have arranged an arrival time and train or flight is late and you have no wifi you are basically stuck We just found it uncomfortable sharing an apartment For some they may not mind this Thankyou to a very kind old lady on the 4th floor who let us use her ph to contact the owner otherwise we would have been sleeping outside as our train was 1.5 hours delayed anyway did not get to the apt until 7.30pm This B&B is not for everyone

We stayed here also as we are leaving on a cruise. Be aware that this is an appartment with 3 rooms and that other guests stay at the same time. Rooms are nice, but you can hear the other guests talking in the rooms and the communal kitchen. Also it is very noisy outside with the cars and motor bikes...no double glazing here. We did not know that you needed to arrange a time to meet someone to give you a key. It was a problem because we didn't have a phone or WiFi. We wouldn’t stay again. No one that looks after the appartments stays here.
