The hotel is located just in front of FS Civitanova Marche Station and connected directly with Bologna and Milan. The accomodation is clean and tidy. Free WiFi is available. The breakfast is basic (continental plus something) but this would be rather normal at a regional hotel in Italy.

I was a little worried about staying here. I will be honest. The outside of the hotel needs work, but don't let that keep you from staying here. I was pleasantly surprised by the inside of this hotel. It's very nice and very clean. I actually liked it better than a four star hotel in the same city. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was small, but the shower pressure was awesome (hard to find in Italy). They also have a Sky box connected to the TV system, so if you can figure out how to work it, you are able to watch some stations in English! The breakfast was good. There was a lot to choose from-- they even had cereal! And last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel Palace is right next to the train station. Noises can be heard, but either I stopped noticing them or the trains stop early enough because we all slept well. And while it is not a prime location on the beach, the walk to the sea is not that far.Also, this hotel is right across the street from a grocery store (snack central) and a bar (coffee). I think Hotel Palace is a great value for what they charge. Glad we stayed here!…

I have been staying at this hotel three or four times a year for about five years. The Place is spotless and almost on top Of The railroad Station. The breakfast is quite nice and quiet and compfortable. The ac and Hearing is effettive and with individual controls in The Room.

this hotel is ten meters away from civitanova marche railway station..so conveniently located if you travel by train.. the hotel is small, not particularly cozy, but very accurate in every single detail, clean and staff is extremely gentle.. Rooms are ok... really on average...it is a perfect hotel for business..cause it has really few options (not even room service, so if you are starving have to source the food from outside)..but is not fine for a nice week at the beach... breakfast is served till 10. is not that special..but if you cross the street there is a delicious bar with amazing croissants ..
