I came here with two of my kids last week. Quality is always the same in spite of time passing. Congratulations to the chamber maids, to the receptionists and to all the staff. Breakfast is rich and varied.

Very good and clean hotel for families. Nice pool with enough sunbeds, hotel close to the beach. Friendly and helpful employees, free WLAN and a very good breakfast buffet. Only negative point: parking is not included.

This was the worst experience of my life. We came as a family to have a nice vacation and all they do is complain about every single thing we do. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone trying to enjoy Italy

We have visited Cattolica many times and love it. We chose this hotel because of its position and price and we were not disappointed. I had emailed them several times before we arrived about various issues and always had a prompt reply. We only had B&B which was very good. Ample food buffet style. There was a lovely pool and plenty of loungers. Would certainly recommend.

The Hotel itself is simple but elegant and very clean. The rooms are always fresh and the staff couldn’t help enough. The location was great, the beach was only a moment or two away. For those of you like us who get lost easy the wall into the centre of Cattolica is actually quite pleasant and not hard at all once you get your bearings. The easiest way we found was to turn left when you come out of the hotel and then right over the bridge and follow that road (carducci) all the way to the top, once you reach the end turn right and you’re pretty much there if you walk towards the bar on the corner you can either go right towards the shops or left towards the bars and restaurants, the port is definitely worth a visit especially on a night as it is all lit up. To get into the centre you can also stroll along the promenade rather than walk up the Main Street but we turned off and got lost so we stuck to what we knew. As for the staff we would be remiss if we didn’t give a big thank you to the lovely Rafael who answered our questions helped give us advice on what to do and where to go and who we had many a lovely conversation with. It was such a pleasure to see a familiar face after a day out exploring and to bond over shared experiences and a love of music! Our only sorrow is that we didn’t get to hear him play! For us he was the epitome of Italian hospitality and we are so grateful and for that he has our thanks. A lovely man for sure!

Check-in was fast and efficient by two lovely ladies at reception. I asked for a high floor away from the lift and they allocated me exactly what I requested. The room was as expected and had sockets on each side of the bed which was great to both charge our phones at night. The bathroom is also very spacious as well as the wardrobe. We paid for sea view and our balcony didn't disappoint. It was gorgeous. Breakfast was very good with loads of different options which changed some days. I have to say what I loved most about the service was the housekeeping lady that always came to our room in the morning, to not only chance towels, but also sweep the floor and wash it. Our room was always clean thanks to her. The hotel is close to restaurants and the centre as well as the beach. Best housekeeping I've ever received. We had a fantastic time, thank you so much.

Stayed for 3 nights whilst in the area for MotoGP. All staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble especially the young man working on Reception (sorry no name as they didn't wear name badges) We only had breakfast which was very good, plenty off choice, especially for cakes and pastries. Coffee is made fresh for you not just from a machine, cafe latte was particularly good! Room was clean although not very big which is standard for Italian rooms, adequate for 2 people though. No UK tv channels, not that we were in the room much but would have been good to hear a bit of news. Could easily get a sun bed around pool in the afternoon. Good location on the edge of the resort, close to amenities, beach etc but not noisy. Would definitely stop here again.

We came here for the summer holiday with our 2 year old kid. We asked for a parking space (needs to call the hotel in advance) and a crib. 1. The location is 5 mins walking distance to the beach. But is a bit far from the center, it takes 20mins by walk to reach the center. 2. The room is clean and with enough space for three of us. 3. We have a balcony facing the river and seaside on our left, it becomes a little problem during the night when some hotels and restaurant hosting the concert celebrating the summer festival. 4. The bathroom is a bit old but clean with quite powerful hairdryer (very important for my long hair and kid that can never stay still for more than 5 mins). The shower room is big enough to keep an adult and a kid inside. (But the floor is very slippery so be careful when your kid is inside) 5. The breakfast is very good, bread, sweet pastry, salty choices (piadina, salami, prosciutto, eggs and sausage), fruits, yogurt and a bar providing fresh coffee. Only drawback is the ac. The wind goes directly toward the bed and was a bit noisy when it switch on and off to adjust the temperature by itself. In general we enjoyed the stay and would definitely think about it when we come back to Cattolica in the future.

My husband and I had very nice stay in this hotel at the beginning of July 2017. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. All girls on reception without no exceptions answered all our requests and solved our issues quickly and in high quality. Their English level is good, we were able to understand each other in all cases. Room was spacey, with big balcony and cleaned every day. Breakfast except of ordinary staff was served also with delicious cheeses and fresh fruits (what we liked the most) and huge number of sweets. We almost have no complaints except of one small trouble with ironing clothes. It appears that iron is available for us only in Waldorf Palace hotel of Nonni Hotels chain and when I asked to iron the blouse it appeared that I should wait more than half an hour for the iron to be free. The younger personnel staff on Waldorf Palace hotel reception treated me politely while older man was a bit rude and inpatient in providing his daily service what I didn't like. Nice feedback we had also about the beach. Although it was quiet and small, it's staff was always polite and pleasant, beach was clean and well equipped with beds and umbrellas, we'd never felt lack of. Beach bar served variety of tasty pasta whenever we came. I'll recommend this hotel as nice quality for reasonable price.
