Nice location in the heart of Brunico Italy. Very near to ski resort, hiking facilities and shopping area. Reception staff was very welcoming and despite the safety precautions due to COVID-19 we felt very welcome and safe. Private parking for our car and a lovely room. We have stayed one night in a gorgeous and comfortable room, clean and tidy. Bathroom well equipped with warm towels, robes etc. Breakfast is as usual in Alto Adige: too much to choose from, fresh fruit, cereals, local pastries and killing bread. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for a longer stay.
The place has a great location , the hotel is fairly new and very nice from the inside. The rooms are very big compare to other hotels we visited this week . The breakfast ended at 10:00am and my husband didn’t know and asked if the kitties already closed , one of the owners heard him and invited him to the restaurant next door in the lobby and paid for his breakfast, he told him to order anything he wants on the house , I really liked the atmosphere, the facility and the staff .
Not an amazing hotel, but at the price it was good value. Difficult to rate compared with some fabulous hotels we have stayed in, but the rooms were clean and serviceable - if maybe a bit dated in style - and the breakfast was quite decent. Where they really stood out was the service: our Easyjet flight (reviewed separately!) was nearly 5 hours late and our 3 hour drive was through teeming rain and pitch black skies. The hotel had said latest check-in time was 10pm, but we phoned to say we'd be late and the manager himself stayed up until 1.30 am. Fantastic service. Nice friendly reception staff in the morning, too.
Second time in this hotel and it’s always perfect. Very good restaurant as well, unfortunately noticed as closed under previous ownership , but its really open. - Seconda volta in questo albergo e ristorante. Sempre ottima, se hotel se ristorante. Piatti tra tradizione e fusion . Ottimo.
Having stayed several times at this hotel, I was wondering if the high standards would continue since a change in ownership. The new management were very welcoming and the staff helpful. The hotels was as good as ever, clean and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The location is great to walk into the centre of the town.
