Arrived at 14:45 on the 11th of September and asked the receptionist were the restaurant was. She barely looked up, pointed and shouted 'down there'. As I made my way 'down there', I found out the restaurant was closed. Why on earth would she not inform me of this? Horrendous service.

We checked in today and the hotel is in modern design but completely run down. Grass is brown, weeds everywhere. The rooms are "OK" - in my room the fridge did not work and I called the reception. The guy said that I can bring my drinks to the bar and he can't replace the fridge today and hung up. I called back and told him not to hang up on me before we have finished the conversation - he became very unfriendly and hung up again. The hotel advertises that there is a restaurant - there is one but closed. I also booked a suite and when we came we got 2 rooms that are connected. I am done with this place, there are many more beautiful places around here - no need to deal with this place.

There was a issue with WIFI something about the radar range...& thus stayed away from internet Again I felt the hotel was probably used by the SOTC group 12/13 June-19 for the close proximity to the highway & closer to Rome.

It's a nice hotel, Room is nice and big, Dinner at the hotel restaurant is bit on expensive side and appreciate if the varieties in breakfast could increase. Not a huge issue but There weren’t a charging points near the beds
