Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel because of the varied breakfast buffet. Big positive point for me for loose tea available!!! Another positive point is a water dispenser for filling gourds and bottles.
Comfortable bedding, clean room, air-conditioned.
Small negative point: the toilet paper is too rough and the towel does not wipe but remains negligible for this evening where we spent the day in very hot Paris.

Ibis is located in a very nice spot within La Defence area. La defence is mainly a business area where IBIS will definitely help anyone’s business trip with a good accommodation, comfortable, basic breakfast and room cleaning. With a value for money stay and easy booking and checking in procedures I’d say it was a good choice

I usually like this hotel for good price / location ratio however 2 letdowns: first, I asked for the quietest possible room and they give me the noisiest right next to elevator. Second, I wanted to book a taxi to go to the airport, the person at the reception called Annie was so rude (not the first time I unfortunately have to put up with her bad manners). She started complaining to her colleague about the cold totally ignoring me, then when I reminded her of my request and whether it's a fixed price, she was so condescending and asked me if it's the first time I take a taxi in my life !!! I just left but I still find it outrageous how she is allowed to such a behaviour with clients. I would still recommend for the location and convenience to take metro line 1 but I hope they retrain their staff to answer basic needs of their clients

The good:
- Very good place to stay, very central, next to the Seine River, in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris.
- The hotel menu is delicious
- On one side of the hotel there are several restaurant options.
Points to improve:
- If you ask for a triple room, what they will give you is a double bed and a desk-sofa that literally, you put it down and it is ready for you to rest.
If you are looking for space, you will feel the space somewhat reduced. If your idea is to spend a lot of time outside on excursions, it won't matter much.
TIP:
The travel chargers from the vending machine in the Lobby are great. They will serve you in Paris, Madrid and London, and at an excellent price.

Terrible ! To avoid.
A cool day in April where the weather leaves the sun no chance.
The temperature in the room is around 15 degrees and I decide to turn on the ventilation.
When I returned from dinner, the hotel management having decided to turn off the heating, the temperature in the room dropped to an unbearable level.
The receptionist confirms that the heating is off and offers an extra duvet.
Unfortunately the night is still cold and I can't sleep properly.
The message left at reception asking management to call him back remains unanswered.
Only Accor customer service took my complaint into account but without success with the hotel management!
Flee this hotel where the aging premises do not allow proper rest and where the management only cares about filling the cash drawer without taking any offense from its customers.

This is good hotel for overnight rest when visiting Paris. It is located quite close to a metro station so you can easily move wherever you need. Rooms are doing the purpose, not that big, but clean and comfortable. There is also a possibility of third bed for a child on request. Food diversity is very limited but it tastes excelent with fresh croisants on the meny each day. There is also a bar in the hotel where you can order pizza or sandwiches and have a drink. Check in and out is easy and stuff are helpfull and polite. Overall, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again on return to Paris.

The hotel is great for visiting Paris, which does not include staying in a hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the metro station is right in front of the hotel and you can quickly reach all the attractions you need to visit in Paris.
The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, delicious for everyone's taste.
Otherwise, the rooms are small, the staff who work are not very friendly, but that is not so important, if you spend most of the day walking around Paris.
All in all I would stay here again!

One of the worst room experiences. The room was too small, the bathroom too, just one for all hair/face/body cleaning foam at the bathroom, no opening for the window to be aired, just a thrown away blanket. Apart from all these, the reception staff were not even aware was an invoice was, plus the fact I also sent them an email few days later and never received a reply…. Last but not least, we tried to have something from their vending machine but did not manage to, we asked the staff to help us, he did two attempts with our cart while even from the first time he knew the machine was not working, the cart was charged but we never got anything from the machine, and he just explained it is probably not working…

The hotel offers good value for money/location
The hotel's weaknesses are the malfunction of an elevator (the door opens/closes sometimes before closing correctly), the shutdown of another elevator.
A slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom
I give 5 stars because of the receptionist who distributed the little candies in the evening on her own initiative. It was very appreciated

An exceptional welcome by a team smiling, dynamic and always attentive to the needs of guests. From the moment of arrival, you really feel taken care of with professionalism and kindness. The service is impeccable, and every detail is thought out to offer a most enjoyable experience. An establishment where hospitality comes into its own, and where we can’t wait to come back!
