Firstly, on arrival, we were greeted with such respect and huge smiles from ALL staff, especially Amber. We took a chance to upgrade to a room with an ensuite and within half an hour, Amber said she has a room for us and assisted myself and my 1yr old into our new room - what a lovely surprise! The staff, food and facilities were so much more than we bargained on, with all the staff helping me with my baby, food being deliciously prepared at the correct times given with the most fresh ingredients. Every meal was delicious, prepared with love and finesse. Overall, I would 100% recommend The Bike Hotel to anyone traveling to or in and around Grabouw!! What a stunning place. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so incredibley comfortable - a home away from home!

A gem of a place in Grabouw and perfectly suited for Mountain Bikers taking part in an event. Rooms were clean, well appointed. Meals were served in nice airy dining room and you must order your dinner in advance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely visit again.

We came to Trailsend to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. We booked the entire hotel and it was perfect. The hotel is clean and neat with great entertainment areas. The staff are all so friendly and they celebrated with us like friends. The trails are superb and Peter is an excellent guide. We’re already planning our return!!

We had great fun riding mtb trails with a guide organised from TrailsEnd, while our children we looked after doing activities with child minder also organised by Trailsend. We had tasty dinner there and never ending breakfast buffet the next day. Children also enjoyed the climbing wall and kids bike track on the premises. We came in winter so couldn’t use the swimming pool.

A "Ski Resort" for mountian bikers, (and others), in a truly amazing setting. Greet service, food and accomadation makes this an awesome place to stay and meet new people. The bicycle museum is absolutely incredible with an amazing collection covering the history of bicycles and what our great country has contributed to this two wheeled mode of transport. Highly recomended!!!!!

We had a short one-night stay at the Trails's End Bike Hotel (went on the amazing Canopy Zipline tour). It was a pleasant stay. The owners have put a lot of thought into the building and services offered. It's spacious, warm and the food and craft beer is very good. Not to mention the proper Flat White I had in the morning before we left. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the mattresses were very comfortable (probably not unimportant after a day on the saddle). Even though we weren't biking, we felt very welcome!

Thank you, Stefano, for your lovely revue. We are having more and more guests staying with us who are involved in activities in the valley, other than cycling. We love hearing that our guests have had fun in the valley - and the Cape Canopy Zipline experience is a world class adventure. See you soon for your next adventure!
